44) সূরা আদ দোখান (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 59[বাংলা অর্থ সহ]

ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤـَﻦِ
ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর
নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়,
অতি দয়ালু।
ﺣﻢ
(1
হা-মীম।
Hâ-Mîm. [These
letters are one of the
miracles of the
Qur’ân and none but
Allâh (Alone) knows
their meanings].
ﻭَﺍﻟْﻜِﺘَﺎﺏِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺒِﻴﻦِ
(2
শপথ সুস্পষ্ট কিতাবের।
By the manifest Book
(this Qur’ân) that
makes things clear,
ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﺃَﻧﺰَﻟْﻨَﺎﻩُ ﻓِﻲ ﻟَﻴْﻠَﺔٍ ﻣُّﺒَﺎﺭَﻛَﺔٍ
ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﻛُﻨَّﺎ ﻣُﻨﺬِﺭِﻳﻦَ

আমি একে নাযিল করেছি। এক
বরকতময় রাতে, নিশ্চয়
আমি সতর্ককারী।
We sent it (this
Qur’ân) down on a
blessed night [(i.e.
night of Qadr, Sûrah
No: 97) in the month
of Ramadân,, the 9th
month of the Islâmic
calendar]. Verily, We
are ever warning
[mankind that Our
Torment will reach
those who disbelieve
in Our Oneness of
Lordship and in Our
Oneness of worship].
ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﻳُﻔْﺮَﻕُ ﻛُﻞُّ ﺃَﻣْﺮٍ ﺣَﻜِﻴﻢٍ
(4
এ রাতে প্রত্যেক প্রজ্ঞাপূর্ণ
বিষয় স্থিরীকৃত হয়।
Therein (that night) is
decreed every matter
of ordainments .
ﺃَﻣْﺮًﺍ ﻣِّﻦْ ﻋِﻨﺪِﻧَﺎ ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﻛُﻨَّﺎ
ﻣُﺮْﺳِﻠِﻴﻦَ

আমার পক্ষ থেকে আদেশক্রমে,
আমিই প্রেরণকারী।
Amran (i.e. a
Command or this
Qur’an or the Decree
of every matter) from
Us. Verily, We are
ever sending (the
Messengers),
ﺭَﺣْﻤَﺔً ﻣِّﻦ ﺭَّﺑِّﻚَ ﺇِﻧَّﻪُ ﻫُﻮَ
ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤِﻴﻊُ ﺍﻟْﻌَﻠِﻴﻢُ

আপনার পালনকর্তার পক্ষ
থেকে রহমতস্বরূপ।
তিনি সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞ।
(As) a Mercy from
your Lord. Verily! He
is the All-Hearer, the
All-Knower.
ﺭَﺏِّ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَﺍﺕِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻨَﻬُﻤَﺎ ﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢ
ﻣُّﻮﻗِﻨِﻴﻦَ
(7
যদি তোমাদের বিশ্বাস
থাকে দেখতে পাবে।
তিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও
এতদুভয়ের
মধ্যেবর্তী সবকিছুর
পালনকর্তা।
The Lord of the
heavens and the
earth and all that is
between them, if you
(but) have a faith
with certainty.
ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳُﺤْﻴِﻲ ﻭَﻳُﻤِﻴﺖُ
ﺭَﺑُّﻜُﻢْ ﻭَﺭَﺏُّ ﺁﺑَﺎﺋِﻜُﻢُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻭَّﻟِﻴﻦَ
(8
তিনি ব্যতীত কোন উপাস্য
নেই। তিনি জীবন দান করেন ও
মৃত্যু দেন। তিনি তোমাদের
পালনকর্তা এবং তোমাদের
পূর্ববর্তী পিতৃ-পুরুষদেরও
পালনকর্তা।
Lâ ilaha illa Huwa
(none has the right
to be worshipped but
He). It is He Who
gives life and causes
death, your Lord and
the Lord of your fore-
fathers.
ﺑَﻞْ ﻫُﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺷَﻚٍّ ﻳَﻠْﻌَﺒُﻮﻥَ
(9
এতদসত্ত্বেও
এরা সন্দেহে পতিত হয়ে ক্রীড়া-
কৌতুক করছে।
Nay! They play in
doubt.
ﻓَﺎﺭْﺗَﻘِﺐْ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﺗَﺄْﺗِﻲ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﺀ
ﺑِﺪُﺧَﺎﻥٍ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٍ
(10
অতএব আপনি সেই দিনের
অপেক্ষা করুন, যখন আকাশ
ধূয়ায় ছেয়ে যাবে।
Then wait you for the
Day when the sky
will bring forth a
visible smoke.
ﻳَﻐْﺸَﻰ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺱَ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏٌ
ﺃَﻟِﻴﻢٌ
(11
যা মানুষকে ঘিরে ফেলবে।
এটা যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি।
Covering the people,
this is a painful
torment.
ﺭَﺑَّﻨَﺎ ﺍﻛْﺸِﻒْ ﻋَﻨَّﺎ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺬَﺍﺏَ ﺇِﻧَّﺎ
ﻣُﺆْﻣِﻨُﻮﻥَ
(12
হে আমাদের
পালনকর্তা আমাদের উপর
থেকে শাস্তি প্রত্যাহার করুন,
আমরা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করছি।
(They will say): ”Our
Lord! Remove the
torment from us,
really we shall
become believers!”
ﺃَﻧَّﻰ ﻟَﻬُﻢُ ﺍﻟﺬِّﻛْﺮَﻯ ﻭَﻗَﺪْ
ﺟَﺎﺀﻫُﻢْ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝٌ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٌ
(13
তারা কি করে বুঝবে, অথচ
তাদের কাছে এসেছিলেন স্পষ্ট
বর্ণনাকারী রসূল।
How can there be for
them an admonition
(at the time when
the torment has
reached them), when
a Messenger
explaining things
clearly has already
come to them.
ﺛُﻢَّ ﺗَﻮَﻟَّﻮْﺍ ﻋَﻨْﻪُ ﻭَﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﻣُﻌَﻠَّﻢٌ
ﻣَّﺠْﻨُﻮﻥٌ
(14
অতঃপর
তারা তাকে পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন
করে এবং বলে, সে তো উম্মাদ-
শিখানো কথা বলে।
Then they had turned
away from him
(Messenger
Muhammad SAW)
and said: ”One
(Muhammad SAW)
taught (by a human
being), a madman!”
ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﻛَﺎﺷِﻔُﻮ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺬَﺍﺏِ ﻗَﻠِﻴﻠًﺎ
ﺇِﻧَّﻜُﻢْ ﻋَﺎﺋِﺪُﻭﻥَ
(15
আমি তোমাদের উপর
থেকে আযাব কিছুটা প্রত্যাহার
করব, কিন্তু তোমরা পুনরায়
পুনর্বস্থায় ফিরে যাবে।
Verily, We shall
remove the torment
for a while. Verily!
You will revert.
ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻧَﺒْﻄِﺶُ ﺍﻟْﺒَﻄْﺸَﺔَ
ﺍﻟْﻜُﺒْﺮَﻯ ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﻣُﻨﺘَﻘِﻤُﻮﻥَ
(16
যেদিন আমি প্রবলভাবে ধৃত
করব, সেদিন
পুরোপুরি প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ
করবই।
On the Day when We
shall seize you with
the greatest grasp.
Verily, We will exact
retribution.
ﻭَﻟَﻘَﺪْ ﻓَﺘَﻨَّﺎ ﻗَﺒْﻠَﻬُﻢْ ﻗَﻮْﻡَ
ﻓِﺮْﻋَﻮْﻥَ ﻭَﺟَﺎﺀﻫُﻢْ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝٌ
ﻛَﺮِﻳﻢٌ
(17
তাদের পূর্বে আমি ফেরাউনের
সম্প্রদায়কে পরীক্ষা করেছি
এবং তাদের কাছে আগমন
করেছেন একজন সম্মানিত
রসূল,
And indeed We tried
before them Fir’aun’s
(Pharaoh) people,
when there came to
them a noble
Messenger [i.e. Mûsa
(Moses) ],
ﺃَﻥْ ﺃَﺩُّﻭﺍ ﺇِﻟَﻲَّ ﻋِﺒَﺎﺩَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ
ﻟَﻜُﻢْ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝٌ ﺃَﻣِﻴﻦٌ
(18
এই মর্মে যে, আল্লাহর
বান্দাদেরকে আমার
কাছে অর্পণ কর।
আমি তোমাদের জন্য প্রেরীত
বিশ্বস্ত রসূল।
Saying: ”Restore to
me the slaves of
Allâh (i.e. the Children
of Israel). Verily! I am
to you a Messenger
worthy of all trust,
ﻭَﺃَﻥْ ﻟَّﺎ ﺗَﻌْﻠُﻮﺍ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ
ﺁﺗِﻴﻜُﻢ ﺑِﺴُﻠْﻄَﺎﻥٍ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٍ
(19
আর তোমরা আল্লাহর
বিরুদ্ধে ঔদ্ধত্য প্রকাশ
করো না। আমি তোমাদের
কাছে প্রকাশ্য প্রমাণ
উপস্থিত করছি।
”And exalt not
(yourselves) against
Allâh. Truly, I have
come to you with a
manifest authority.
ﻭَﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﻋُﺬْﺕُ ﺑِﺮَﺑِّﻲ ﻭَﺭَﺑِّﻜُﻢْ
ﺃَﻥ ﺗَﺮْﺟُﻤُﻮﻥِ
(20
তোমরা যাতে আমাকে
প্রস্তরবর্ষণে হত্যা না কর,
তজ্জন্যে আমি আমার
পালনকর্তা ও তোমাদের
পালনকর্তার শরনাপন্ন হয়েছি।
”And truly, I seek
refuge in my Lord
and your Lord, lest
you stone me (or call
me a sorcerer or kill
me).
ﻭَﺇِﻥْ ﻟَّﻢْ ﺗُﺆْﻣِﻨُﻮﺍ ﻟِﻲ
ﻓَﺎﻋْﺘَﺰِﻟُﻮﻥِ
(21
তোমরা যদি আমার
প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন না কর,
তবে আমার কাছ
থেকে দূরে থাক।
”But if you believe
me not, then keep
away from me and
leave me alone.”
ﻓَﺪَﻋَﺎ ﺭَﺑَّﻪُ ﺃَﻥَّ ﻫَﺆُﻟَﺎﺀ ﻗَﻮْﻡٌ
ﻣُّﺠْﺮِﻣُﻮﻥَ
(22
অতঃপর সে তার পালনকর্তার
কাছে দোয়া করল যে,
এরা অপরাধী সম্প্রদায়।
(But they were
aggressive), so he
[Mûsa (Moses)] called
upon his Lord
(saying): ”These are
indeed the people
who are Mujrimûn
(disbelievers,
polytheists, sinners,
criminals, etc.).”
ﻓَﺄَﺳْﺮِ ﺑِﻌِﺒَﺎﺩِﻱ ﻟَﻴْﻠًﺎ ﺇِﻧَّﻜُﻢ
ﻣُّﺘَّﺒَﻌُﻮﻥَ
(23
তাহলে তুমি আমার
বান্দাদেরকে নিয়ে রাত্রিবেলায়
বের হয়ে পড়। নিশ্চয় তোমাদের
পশ্চাদ্ধবন করা হবে।
(Allâh said): ”Depart
you with My slaves
by night. Surely, you
will be pursued.
ﻭَﺍﺗْﺮُﻙْ ﺍﻟْﺒَﺤْﺮَ ﺭَﻫْﻮًﺍ ﺇِﻧَّﻬُﻢْ
ﺟُﻨﺪٌ ﻣُّﻐْﺮَﻗُﻮﻥَ
(24
এবং সমুদ্রকে অচল
থাকতে দাও। নিশ্চয়
ওরা নিমজ্জত বাহিনী।
”And leave the sea as
it is (quiet and
divided). Verily, They
are a host to be
drowned.”
ﻛَﻢْ ﺗَﺮَﻛُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻦ ﺟَﻨَّﺎﺕٍ
ﻭَﻋُﻴُﻮﻥٍ
(25
তারা ছেড়ে গিয়েছিল কত
উদ্যান ও প্রস্রবন,
How many of
gardens and springs
do they [Fir’aun’s
(Pharaoh) people]
left.
ﻭَﺯُﺭُﻭﻉٍ ﻭَﻣَﻘَﺎﻡٍ ﻛَﺮِﻳﻢٍ
(26
কত শস্যক্ষেত্র ও সূরম্য
স্থান।
And green crops
(fields etc.) and
goodly places,
ﻭَﻧَﻌْﻤَﺔٍ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﻓَﺎﻛِﻬِﻴﻦَ
(27
কত সুখের উপকরণ,
যাতে তারা খোশগল্প করত।
And comforts of life
wherein they used to
take delight!
ﻛَﺬَﻟِﻚَ ﻭَﺃَﻭْﺭَﺛْﻨَﺎﻫَﺎ ﻗَﻮْﻣًﺎ
ﺁﺧَﺮِﻳﻦَ
(28
এমনিই হয়েছিল
এবং আমি ওগুলোর মালিক
করেছিলাম ভিন্ন সম্প্রদায়কে।
Thus (it was)! And
We made other
people inherit them
(i.e. We made the
Children of Israel to
inherit the kingdom
of Egypt).
ﻓَﻤَﺎ ﺑَﻜَﺖْ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻢُ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﺀ
ﻭَﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽُ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ
ﻣُﻨﻈَﺮِﻳﻦَ
(29
তাদের জন্যে ক্রন্দন
করেনি আকাশ ও
পৃথিবী এবং তারা অবকাশও
পায়নি।
And the heavens and
the earth wept not
for them , nor were
they given a respite.
ﻭَﻟَﻘَﺪْ ﻧَﺠَّﻴْﻨَﺎ ﺑَﻨِﻲ ﺇِﺳْﺮَﺍﺋِﻴﻞَ
ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺬَﺍﺏِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻬِﻴﻦِ
(30
আমি বনী-
ইসরাঈলকে অপমানজনক
শাস্তি থেকে উদ্ধার করছি।
And indeed We saved
the Children of Israel
from the humiliating
torment,
