62) সূরা আল জুমুআহ (মদীনায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 11[বাংলা অর্থ সহ]

ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤـَﻦِ
ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর
নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়,
অতি দয়ালু।

ﻳُﺴَﺒِّﺢُ ﻟِﻠَّﻪِ ﻣَﺎ ﻓِﻲ
ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَﺍﺕِ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ
ﺍﻟْﻤَﻠِﻚِ ﺍﻟْﻘُﺪُّﻭﺱِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺰِﻳﺰِ
ﺍﻟْﺤَﻜِﻴﻢِ

রাজ্যাধিপতি, পবিত্র,
পরাক্রমশালী ও প্রজ্ঞাময়
আল্লাহর
পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে, যা কিছু
আছে নভোমন্ডলে ও যা কিছু
আছে ভূমন্ডলে।
Whatsoever is in the
heavens and
whatsoever is on the
earth glorifies Allâh,
the King (of
everything), the Holy,
the All-Mighty, the
All-Wise.
ﻫُﻮَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﺑَﻌَﺚَ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺄُﻣِّﻴِّﻴﻦَ
ﺭَﺳُﻮﻟًﺎ ﻣِّﻨْﻬُﻢْ ﻳَﺘْﻠُﻮ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻢْ
ﺁﻳَﺎﺗِﻪِ ﻭَﻳُﺰَﻛِّﻴﻬِﻢْ ﻭَﻳُﻌَﻠِّﻤُﻬُﻢُ
ﺍﻟْﻜِﺘَﺎﺏَ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺤِﻜْﻤَﺔَ ﻭَﺇِﻥ
ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻦ ﻗَﺒْﻞُ ﻟَﻔِﻲ ﺿَﻠَﺎﻝٍ
ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٍ

তিনিই নিরক্ষরদের মধ্য
থেকে একজন রসূল প্রেরণ
করেছেন, যিনি তাদের কাছে পাঠ
করেন তার আয়াতসমূহ,
তাদেরকে পবিত্র করেন
এবং শিক্ষা দেন কিতাব ও
হিকমত। ইতিপূর্বে তারা ছিল
ঘোর পথভ্রষ্টতায় লিপ্ত।
He it is Who sent
among the
unlettered ones a
Messenger
(Muhammad SAW)
from among
themselves, reciting
to them His Verses,
purifying them (from
the filth of disbelief
and polytheism), and
teaching them the
Book (this Qur’ân,
Islâmic laws and
Islâmic
jurisprudence) and
Al-Hikmah (As-
Sunnah: legal ways,
orders, acts of
worship, etc. of
Prophet Muhammad
SAW). And verily,
they had been before
in mainfest error;
ﻭَﺁﺧَﺮِﻳﻦَ ﻣِﻨْﻬُﻢْ ﻟَﻤَّﺎ ﻳَﻠْﺤَﻘُﻮﺍ
ﺑِﻬِﻢْ ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺰِﻳﺰُ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻜِﻴﻢُ

এই রসূল প্রেরিত হয়েছেন অন্য
আরও লোকদের জন্যে,
যারা এখনও তাদের সাথে মিলিত
হয়নি। তিনি পরাক্রমশালী,
প্রজ্ঞাময়।
And He has sent him
(Prophet Muhammad
SAW) also to others
among them
(Muslims) who have
not yet joined them
(but they will come).
And He (Allâh) is the
All-Mighty, the All-
Wise.
ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﻓَﻀْﻞُ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻳُﺆْﺗِﻴﻪِ ﻣَﻦ
ﻳَﺸَﺎﺀ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺫُﻭ ﺍﻟْﻔَﻀْﻞِ
ﺍﻟْﻌَﻈِﻴﻢِ

এটা আল্লাহর কৃপা,
যাকে ইচ্ছা তিনি তা দান
করেন। আল্লাহ মহাকৃপাশীল।
That is the Grace of
Allâh, which He
bestows on whom
He wills. And Allâh is
the Owner of Mighty
Grace.
ﻣَﺜَﻞُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺣُﻤِّﻠُﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﺘَّﻮْﺭَﺍﺓَ
ﺛُﻢَّ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺤْﻤِﻠُﻮﻫَﺎ ﻛَﻤَﺜَﻞِ
ﺍﻟْﺤِﻤَﺎﺭِ ﻳَﺤْﻤِﻞُ ﺃَﺳْﻔَﺎﺭًﺍ
ﺑِﺌْﺲَ ﻣَﺜَﻞُ ﺍﻟْﻘَﻮْﻡِ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ
ﻛَﺬَّﺑُﻮﺍ ﺑِﺂﻳَﺎﺕِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻟَﺎ
ﻳَﻬْﺪِﻱ ﺍﻟْﻘَﻮْﻡَ ﺍﻟﻈَّﺎﻟِﻤِﻴﻦَ

যাদেরকে তওরাত দেয়া হয়েছিল,
অতঃপর তারা তার অনুসরণ
করেনি, তাদের দৃষ্টান্ত সেই
গাধা, যে পুস্তক বহন করে,
যারা আল্লাহর
আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে,
তাদের দৃষ্টান্ত কত নিকৃষ্ট।
আল্লাহ জালেম
সম্প্রদায়কে পথ প্রদর্শন
করেন না।
The likeness of those
who were entrusted
with the (obligation
of the) Taurât (Torah)
(i.e. to obey its
commandments and
to practise its legal
laws), but who
subsequently failed
in those (obligations),
is as the likeness of a
donkey who carries
huge burdens of
books (but
understands nothing
from them). How bad
is the example (or
the likeness) of
people who deny the
Ayât (proofs,
evidences, verses,
signs, revelations,
etc.) of Allâh. And
Allâh guides not the
people who are
Zâlimûn (polytheists,
wrong-doers,
disbelievers, etc.).
ﻗُﻞْ ﻳَﺎ ﺃَﻳُّﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻫَﺎﺩُﻭﺍ ﺇِﻥ
ﺯَﻋَﻤْﺘُﻢْ ﺃَﻧَّﻜُﻢْ ﺃَﻭْﻟِﻴَﺎﺀ ﻟِﻠَّﻪِ
ﻣِﻦ ﺩُﻭﻥِ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺱِ ﻓَﺘَﻤَﻨَّﻮُﺍ
ﺍﻟْﻤَﻮْﺕَ ﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺻَﺎﺩِﻗِﻴﻦَ

বলুন হে ইহুদীগণ,
যদি তোমরা দাবী কর যে,
তোমরাই আল্লাহর বন্ধু-অন্য
কোন মানব নয়,
তবে তোমরা মৃত্যু কামনা কর
যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হও।
Say (O Muhammad
SAW): ”O you Jews! If
you pretend that you
are friends of Allâh,
to the exclusion of
(all) other mankind,
then long for death if
you are truthful.”
ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﻳَﺘَﻤَﻨَّﻮْﻧَﻪُ ﺃَﺑَﺪًﺍ ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﻗَﺪَّﻣَﺖْ
ﺃَﻳْﺪِﻳﻬِﻢْ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠِﻴﻢٌ
ﺑِﺎﻟﻈَّﺎﻟِﻤِﻴﻦَ

তারা নিজেদের কৃতকর্মের
কারণে কখনও মৃত্যু
কামনা করবে না। আল্লাহ
জালেমদের সম্পর্কে সম্যক
অবগত আছেন।
But they will never
long for it (death),
because of what
(deeds) their hands
have sent before
them! And Allâh
knows well the
Zâlimûn (polytheists,
wrong-doers,
disbelievers, etc.).
ﻗُﻞْ ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻮْﺕَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ
ﺗَﻔِﺮُّﻭﻥَ ﻣِﻨْﻪُ ﻓَﺈِﻧَّﻪُ ﻣُﻠَﺎﻗِﻴﻜُﻢْ
ﺛُﻢَّ ﺗُﺮَﺩُّﻭﻥَ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﻋَﺎﻟِﻢِ
ﺍﻟْﻐَﻴْﺐِ ﻭَﺍﻟﺸَّﻬَﺎﺩَﺓِ ﻓَﻴُﻨَﺒِّﺌُﻜُﻢ
ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺗَﻌْﻤَﻠُﻮﻥَ

বলুন, তোমরা যে মৃত্যু
থেকে পলায়নপর, সেই মৃত্যু
অবশ্যই তোমাদের মুখামুখি হবে,
অতঃপর তোমরা অদৃশ্য, দৃশ্যের
জ্ঞানী আল্লাহর
কাছে উপস্থিত হবে।
তিনি তোমাদেরকে জানিয়ে দিবেন
সেসব কর্ম, যা তোমরা করতে।
Say (to them): ”Verily,
the death from which
you flee will surely
meet you, then you
will be sent back to
(Allâh), the All-
Knower of the
unseen and the seen,
and He will tell you
what you used to
do.”
ﻳَﺎ ﺃَﻳُّﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍ ﺇِﺫَﺍ
ﻧُﻮﺩِﻱ ﻟِﻠﺼَّﻠَﺎﺓِ ﻣِﻦ ﻳَﻮْﻡِ
ﺍﻟْﺠُﻤُﻌَﺔِ ﻓَﺎﺳْﻌَﻮْﺍ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺫِﻛْﺮِ
ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﺫَﺭُﻭﺍ ﺍﻟْﺒَﻴْﻊَ ﺫَﻟِﻜُﻢْ ﺧَﻴْﺮٌ
ﻟَّﻜُﻢْ ﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺗَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ

মুমিনগণ, জুমআর দিনে যখন
নামাযের আযান দেয়া হয়, তখন
তোমরা আল্লাহর স্মরণের
পানে ত্বরা কর
এবং বেচাকেনা বন্ধ কর।
এটা তোমাদের জন্যে উত্তম
যদি তোমরা বুঝ।
O you who believe
(Muslims)! When the
call is proclaimed for
the Salât (prayer) on
the day of Friday
(Jumu’ah prayer),
come to the
remembrance of
Allâh [Jumu’ah
religious talk
(Khutbah) and Salât
(prayer)] and leave
off business (and
every other thing),
that is better for you
if you did but know!
ﻓَﺈِﺫَﺍ ﻗُﻀِﻴَﺖِ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻠَﺎﺓُ
ﻓَﺎﻧﺘَﺸِﺮُﻭﺍ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ
ﻭَﺍﺑْﺘَﻐُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻦ ﻓَﻀْﻞِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ
ﻭَﺍﺫْﻛُﺮُﻭﺍ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ ﻛَﺜِﻴﺮًﺍ ﻟَّﻌَﻠَّﻜُﻢْ
ﺗُﻔْﻠِﺤُﻮﻥَ

অতঃপর নামায সমাপ্ত
হলে তোমরা পৃথিবীতে ছড়িয়ে পড়
এবং আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ তালাশ
কর ও আল্লাহকে অধিক স্মরণ
কর, যাতে তোমরা সফলকাম
হও।
Then when the
(Jumu’ah) Salât
(prayer) is finished,
you may disperse
through the land,
and seek the Bounty
of Allâh (by working,
etc.), and remember
Allâh much, that you
may be successful.
ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺭَﺃَﻭْﺍ ﺗِﺠَﺎﺭَﺓً ﺃَﻭْ ﻟَﻬْﻮًﺍ
ﺍﻧﻔَﻀُّﻮﺍ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻬَﺎ ﻭَﺗَﺮَﻛُﻮﻙَ
ﻗَﺎﺋِﻤًﺎ ﻗُﻞْ ﻣَﺎ ﻋِﻨﺪَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺧَﻴْﺮٌ
ﻣِّﻦَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻬْﻮِ ﻭَﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﺘِّﺠَﺎﺭَﺓِ
ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺧَﻴْﺮُ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺍﺯِﻗِﻴﻦَ

তারা যখন কোন ব্যবসায়ের
সুযোগ অথবা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক
দেখে তখন
আপনাকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায়
রেখে তারা সেদিকে ছুটে যায়।
বলুনঃ আল্লাহর কাছে যা আছে,
তা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক ও ব্যবসায়
অপেক্ষা উৎকৃষ্ট। আল্লাহ
সর্বোত্তম রিযিকদাতা।
And when they see
some merchandise or
some amusement
[beating of Tambur
(drum) etc.] they
disperse headlong to
it, and leave you
(Muhammad SAW)
standing [while
delivering Jumu’ah’s
religious talk
(Khutbah)]. Say ”That
which Allâh has is
better than any
amusement or
merchandise! And
Allâh is the Best of
providers.”
