46) সূরা আল আহক্বাফ (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 35[বাংলা অর্থ সহ]

ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤـَﻦِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু। ﺣﻢ (1 হা-মীম। HâMîm. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur’ân and none but Allâh (Alone) knows their meanings]. ﺗَﻨْﺰِﻳﻞُ ﺍﻟْﻜِﺘَﺎﺏِ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺰِﻳﺰِ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻜِﻴﻢِ (2 এই কিতাব পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময় আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে অবতীর্ণ। The revelation of the Book (this Qur’ân) is from Allâh, the All- Mighty, the All-Wise. ﻣَﺎ ﺧَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَﺍﺕِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽَ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻨَﻬُﻤَﺎ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺑِﺎﻟْﺤَﻖِّ ﻭَﺃَﺟَﻞٍ ﻣُّﺴَﻤًّﻰ ﻭَﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ ﻋَﻤَّﺎ ﺃُﻧﺬِﺭُﻭﺍ ﻣُﻌْﺮِﺿُﻮﻥَ (3 নভোমন্ডল, ভূ-মন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু আমি যথাযথভাবেই এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্যেই সৃষ্টি করেছি। আর কাফেররা যে বিষয়ে তাদেরকে সতর্ক করা হয়েছে, তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়। We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and for an appointed term. But those who disbelieve turn away from that whereof they are warned. ﻗُﻞْ ﺃَﺭَﺃَﻳْﺘُﻢ ﻣَّﺎ ﺗَﺪْﻋُﻮﻥَ ﻣِﻦ ﺩُﻭﻥِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺃَﺭُﻭﻧِﻲ ﻣَﺎﺫَﺍ ﺧَﻠَﻘُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ ﺃَﻡْ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﺷِﺮْﻙٌ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَﺍﺕِ ﺍِﺋْﺘُﻮﻧِﻲ ﺑِﻜِﺘَﺎﺏٍ ﻣِّﻦ ﻗَﺒْﻞِ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺃَﻭْ ﺃَﺛَﺎﺭَﺓٍ ﻣِّﻦْ ﻋِﻠْﻢٍ ﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺻَﺎﺩِﻗِﻴﻦَ (4 বলুন, তোমরা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত যাদের পূজা কর, তাদের বিষয়ে ভেবে দেখেছ কি? দেখাও আমাকে তারা পৃথিবীতে কি সৃষ্টি করেছে? অথবা নভোমন্ডল সৃজনে তাদের কি কোন অংশ আছে? এর পূর্ববর্তী কোন কিতাব অথবা পরস্পরাগত কোন জ্ঞান আমার কাছে উপস্থিত কর, যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হও। Say (O Muhammad SAW to these pagans) : ”Think! All that you invoke besides Allâh show me! What have they created of the earth? Or have they a share in (the creation of) the heavens? Bring me a Book (revealed before this) , or some trace of knowledge (in support of your claims), if you are truthful!” ﻭَﻣَﻦْ ﺃَﺿَﻞُّ ﻣِﻤَّﻦ ﻳَﺪْﻋُﻮ ﻣِﻦ ﺩُﻭﻥِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻣَﻦ ﻟَّﺎ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﺠِﻴﺐُ ﻟَﻪُ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﻳَﻮﻡِ ﺍﻟْﻘِﻴَﺎﻣَﺔِ ﻭَﻫُﻢْ ﻋَﻦ ﺩُﻋَﺎﺋِﻬِﻢْ ﻏَﺎﻓِﻠُﻮﻥَ (5 যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন বস্তুর পূজা করে, যে কেয়ামত পর্যন্তও তার ডাকে সাড়া দেবে না, তার চেয়ে অধিক পথভ্রষ্ট আর কে? তারা তো তাদের পুজা সম্পর্কেও বেখবর। And who is more astray than one who calls (invokes) besides Allâh, such as will not answer him till the Day of Resurrection, and who are (even) unaware of their calls (invocations) to them? ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺣُﺸِﺮَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺱُ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﻋْﺪَﺍﺀ ﻭَﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﺑِﻌِﺒَﺎﺩَﺗِﻬِﻢْ ﻛَﺎﻓِﺮِﻳﻦَ (6 যখন মানুষকে হাশরে একত্রিত করা হবে, তখন তারা তাদের শত্রু হবে এবং তাদের এবাদত অস্বীকার করবে। And when mankind are gathered (on the Day of Resurrection), they (false deities) will become enemies for them and will deny their worshipping. ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺗُﺘْﻠَﻰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻢْ ﺁﻳَﺎﺗُﻨَﺎ ﺑَﻴِّﻨَﺎﺕٍ ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ ﻟِﻠْﺤَﻖِّ ﻟَﻤَّﺎ ﺟَﺎﺀﻫُﻢْ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺳِﺤْﺮٌ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٌ (7 যখন তাদেরকে আমার সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করে শুনানো হয়, তখন সত্য আগমন করার পর কাফেররা বলে, এ তো প্রকাশ্য জাদু। And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say of the truth (this Qur’ân) , when it reaches them: ”This is plain magic!” ﺃَﻡْ ﻳَﻘُﻮﻟُﻮﻥَ ﺍﻓْﺘَﺮَﺍﻩُ ﻗُﻞْ ﺇِﻥِ ﺍﻓْﺘَﺮَﻳْﺘُﻪُ ﻓَﻠَﺎ ﺗَﻤْﻠِﻜُﻮﻥَ ﻟِﻲ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺷَﻴْﺌًﺎ ﻫُﻮَ ﺃَﻋْﻠَﻢُ ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﺗُﻔِﻴﻀُﻮﻥَ ﻓِﻴﻪِ ﻛَﻔَﻰ ﺑِﻪِ ﺷَﻬِﻴﺪًﺍ ﺑَﻴْﻨِﻲ ﻭَﺑَﻴْﻨَﻜُﻢْ ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺍﻟْﻐَﻔُﻮﺭُ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢُ (8 তারা কি বলে যে, রসূল একে রচনা করেছে? বলুন, যদি আমি রচনা করে থাকি, তবে তোমরা আল্লাহর শাস্তি থেকে আমাকে রক্ষা করার অধিকারী নও। তোমরা এ সম্পর্কে যা আলোচনা কর, সে বিষয়ে আল্লাহ সম্যক অবগত। আমার ও তোমাদের মধ্যে তিনি সাক্ষী হিসাবে যথেষ্ট। তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, দয়াময়। Or say they: ”He (Muhammad SAW) has fabricated it.” Say: ”If I have fabricated it, still you have no power to support me against Allâh. He knows best of what you say among yourselves concerning it (i.e. this Qur’ân)! Sufficient is He for a witness between me and you! And He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.” ﻗُﻞْ ﻣَﺎ ﻛُﻨﺖُ ﺑِﺪْﻋًﺎ ﻣِّﻦْ ﺍﻟﺮُّﺳُﻞِ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺃَﺩْﺭِﻱ ﻣَﺎ ﻳُﻔْﻌَﻞُ ﺑِﻲ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﺑِﻜُﻢْ ﺇِﻥْ ﺃَﺗَّﺒِﻊُ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻣَﺎ ﻳُﻮﺣَﻰ ﺇِﻟَﻲَّ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺃَﻧَﺎ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻧَﺬِﻳﺮٌ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٌ (9 বলুন, আমি তো কোন নতুন রসূল নই। আমি জানি না, আমার ও তোমাদের সাথে কি ব্যবহার করা হবে। আমি কেবল তারই অনুসরণ করি, যা আমার প্রতি ওহী করা হয়। আমি স্পষ্ট সতর্ক কারী বৈ নই। Say (O Muhammad SAW):”I am not a new thing among the Messengers (of Allâh) (i.e. I am not the first Messenger) nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner.” ﻗُﻞْ ﺃَﺭَﺃَﻳْﺘُﻢْ ﺇِﻥ ﻛَﺎﻥَ ﻣِﻦْ ﻋِﻨﺪِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻛَﻔَﺮْﺗُﻢ ﺑِﻪِ ﻭَﺷَﻬِﺪَ ﺷَﺎﻫِﺪٌ ﻣِّﻦ ﺑَﻨِﻲ ﺇِﺳْﺮَﺍﺋِﻴﻞَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣِﺜْﻠِﻪِ ﻓَﺂﻣَﻦَ ﻭَﺍﺳْﺘَﻜْﺒَﺮْﺗُﻢْ ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ ﻟَﺎ ﻳَﻬْﺪِﻱ ﺍﻟْﻘَﻮْﻡَ ﺍﻟﻈَّﺎﻟِﻤِﻴﻦَ (10 বলুন, তোমরা ভেবে দেখেছ কি, যদি এটা আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে হয় এবং তোমরা একে অমান্য কর এবং বনী ইসরাঈলের একজন সাক্ষী এর পক্ষে সাক্ষ্য দিয়ে এতে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে; আর তোমরা অহংকার কর, তবে তোমাদের চেয়ে অবিবেচক আর কে হবে? নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ অবিবেচকদেরকে পথ দেখান না। Say: ”Tell me! If this (Qur’ân) is from Allâh, and you deny it, and a witness from among the Children of Israel (’Abdullâh bin Salâm ÑÖì ) testifies that this Qur’ân is from Allâh [like the Taurât (Torah)], so he believed (embraced Islâm) while you are too proud (to believe).” Verily! Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (polytheists, disbelievers and wrong-doing). ﻭَﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ ﻟِﻠَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍ ﻟَﻮْ ﻛَﺎﻥَ ﺧَﻴْﺮًﺍ ﻣَّﺎ ﺳَﺒَﻘُﻮﻧَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺇِﺫْ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻬْﺘَﺪُﻭﺍ ﺑِﻪِ ﻓَﺴَﻴَﻘُﻮﻟُﻮﻥَ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺇِﻓْﻚٌ ﻗَﺪِﻳﻢٌ (11 আর কাফেররা মুমিনদের বলতে লাগল যে, যদি এ দ্বীন ভাল হত তবে এরা আমাদেরকে পেছনে ফেলে এগিয়ে যেতে পারত না। তারা যখন এর মাধ্যমে সুপথ পায়নি, তখন শীঘ্রই বলবে, এ তো এক পুরাতন মিথ্যা। And those who disbelieve (strong and wealthy) say of those who believe (weak and poor): ”Had it (Islâmic Monotheism to which Muhammad SAW is inviting mankind) been a good thing, they (weak and poor) would not have preceded us thereto!” And when they have not let themselves be guided by it (this Qur’ân), they say: ”This is an ancient lie!” ﻭَﻣِﻦ ﻗَﺒْﻠِﻪِ ﻛِﺘَﺎﺏُ ﻣُﻮﺳَﻰ ﺇِﻣَﺎﻣًﺎ ﻭَﺭَﺣْﻤَﺔً ﻭَﻫَﺬَﺍ ﻛِﺘَﺎﺏٌ ﻣُّﺼَﺪِّﻕٌ ﻟِّﺴَﺎﻧًﺎ ﻋَﺮَﺑِﻴًّﺎ ﻟِّﻴُﻨﺬِﺭَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻇَﻠَﻤُﻮﺍ ﻭَﺑُﺸْﺮَﻯ ﻟِﻠْﻤُﺤْﺴِﻨِﻴﻦَ (12 এর আগে মূসার কিতাব ছিল পথপ্রদর্শক ও রহমতস্বরূপ। আর এই কিতাব তার সমর্থক আরবী ভাষায়, যাতে যালেমদেরকে সতর্ক করে এবং সৎকর্মপরায়ণদেরকে সুসংবাদ দেয়। And before this was the Scripture of Mûsa (Moses) as a guide and a mercy. And this is a confirming Book (the Qur’ân) in the Arabic language, to warn those who do wrong, and as glad tidings to the Muhsinûn (good- doers - see V.2:112). ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﺭَﺑُّﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺛُﻢَّ ﺍﺳْﺘَﻘَﺎﻣُﻮﺍ ﻓَﻠَﺎ ﺧَﻮْﻑٌ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻢْ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﻫُﻢْ ﻳَﺤْﺰَﻧُﻮﻥَ (13 নিশ্চয় যারা বলে, আমাদের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহ অতঃপর অবিচল থাকে, তাদের কোন ভয় নেই এবং তারা চিন্তিত হবে না। Verily, those who say: ”Our Lord is (only) Allâh,” and thereafter Istaqâmû (i.e. stood firm and straight on the Islâmic Faith of Monotheism by abstaining from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which Allâh has forbidden and by performing all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained), on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. ﺃُﻭْﻟَﺌِﻚَ ﺃَﺻْﺤَﺎﺏُ ﺍﻟْﺠَﻨَّﺔِ ﺧَﺎﻟِﺪِﻳﻦَ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﺟَﺰَﺍﺀ ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻳَﻌْﻤَﻠُﻮﻥَ (14 তারাই জান্নাতের অধিকারী! তারা তথায় চিরকাল থাকবে। তারা যে কর্ম করত, এটা তারই প্রতিফল। Such shall be the dwellers of Paradise, abiding therein (forever), a reward for what they used to do. ﻭَﻭَﺻَّﻴْﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺈِﻧﺴَﺎﻥَ ﺑِﻮَﺍﻟِﺪَﻳْﻪِ ﺇِﺣْﺴَﺎﻧًﺎ ﺣَﻤَﻠَﺘْﻪُ ﺃُﻣُّﻪُ ﻛُﺮْﻫًﺎ ﻭَﻭَﺿَﻌَﺘْﻪُ ﻛُﺮْﻫًﺎ ﻭَﺣَﻤْﻠُﻪُ ﻭَﻓِﺼَﺎﻟُﻪُ ﺛَﻠَﺎﺛُﻮﻥَ ﺷَﻬْﺮًﺍ ﺣَﺘَّﻰ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺑَﻠَﻎَ ﺃَﺷُﺪَّﻩُ ﻭَﺑَﻠَﻎَ ﺃَﺭْﺑَﻌِﻴﻦَ ﺳَﻨَﺔً ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺏِّ ﺃَﻭْﺯِﻋْﻨِﻲ ﺃَﻥْ ﺃَﺷْﻜُﺮَ ﻧِﻌْﻤَﺘَﻚَ ﺍﻟَّﺘِﻲ ﺃَﻧْﻌَﻤْﺖَ ﻋَﻠَﻲَّ ﻭَﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻭَﺍﻟِﺪَﻱَّ ﻭَﺃَﻥْ ﺃَﻋْﻤَﻞَ ﺻَﺎﻟِﺤًﺎ ﺗَﺮْﺿَﺎﻩُ ﻭَﺃَﺻْﻠِﺢْ ﻟِﻲ ﻓِﻲ ﺫُﺭِّﻳَّﺘِﻲ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﺗُﺒْﺖُ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻚَ ﻭَﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺴْﻠِﻤِﻴﻦَ (15 আমি মানুষকে তার পিতা- মাতার সাথে সদ্ব্যবহারের আদেশ দিয়েছি। তার জননী তাকে কষ্টসহকারে গর্ভে ধারণ করেছে এবং কষ্টসহকারে প্রসব করেছে। তাকে গর্ভে ধারণ করতে ও তার স্তন্য ছাড়তে লেগেছে ত্রিশ মাস। অবশেষে সে যখন শক্তি- সামর্থেøর বয়সে ও চল্লিশ বছরে পৌছেছে, তখন বলতে লাগল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমাকে এরূপ ভাগ্য দান কর, যাতে আমি তোমার নেয়ামতের শোকর করি, যা তুমি দান করেছ আমাকে ও আমার পিতা- মাতাকে এবং যাতে আমি তোমার পছন্দনীয় সৎকাজ করি। আমার সন্তানদেরকে সৎকর্মপরায়ণ কর, আমি তোমার প্রতি তওবা করলাম এবং আমি আজ্ঞাবহদের অন্যতম। And We have enjoined on man to be dutiful and kind to his parents. His mother bears him with hardship and she brings him forth with hardship, and the bearing of him, and the weaning of him is thirty (30) months, till when he attains full strength and reaches forty years, he says: ”My Lord! Grant me the power and ability that I may be grateful for Your Favour which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and that I may do righteous good deeds, such as please You, and make my off-spring good. Truly, I have turned to You in repentance, and truly, I am one of the Muslims (submitting to Your Will).”
ﺃُﻭْﻟَﺌِﻚَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻧَﺘَﻘَﺒَّﻞُ ﻋَﻨْﻬُﻢْ
ﺃَﺣْﺴَﻦَ ﻣَﺎ ﻋَﻤِﻠُﻮﺍ ﻭَﻧَﺘَﺠﺎﻭَﺯُ
ﻋَﻦ ﺳَﻴِّﺌَﺎﺗِﻬِﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺃَﺻْﺤَﺎﺏِ
ﺍﻟْﺠَﻨَّﺔِ ﻭَﻋْﺪَ ﺍﻟﺼِّﺪْﻕِ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ
ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻳُﻮﻋَﺪُﻭﻥَ

আমি এমন লোকদের
সুকর্মগুলো কবুল
করি এবং মন্দকর্মগুলো
মার্জনা করি।
তারা জান্নাতীদের
তালিকাভুক্ত সেই সত্য ওয়াদার
কারণে যা তাদেরকে দেওয়া হত।
They are those from
whom We shall
accept the best of
their deeds and
overlook their evil
deeds. (They shall be)
among the dwellers
of Paradise, a
promise of truth,
which they have
been promised.
ﻭَﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻟِﻮَﺍﻟِﺪَﻳْﻪِ ﺃُﻑٍّ
ﻟَّﻜُﻤَﺎ ﺃَﺗَﻌِﺪَﺍﻧِﻨِﻲ ﺃَﻥْ ﺃُﺧْﺮَﺝَ
ﻭَﻗَﺪْ ﺧَﻠَﺖْ ﺍﻟْﻘُﺮُﻭﻥُ ﻣِﻦ
ﻗَﺒْﻠِﻲ ﻭَﻫُﻤَﺎ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﻐِﻴﺜَﺎﻥِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ
ﻭَﻳْﻠَﻚَ ﺁﻣِﻦْ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻭَﻋْﺪَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ
ﺣَﻖٌّ ﻓَﻴَﻘُﻮﻝُ ﻣَﺎ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ
ﺃَﺳَﺎﻃِﻴﺮُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻭَّﻟِﻴﻦَ

আর যে ব্যক্তি তার পিতা-
মাতাকে বলে, ধিক তোমাদেরকে,
তোমরা কি আমাকে খবর দাও
যে, আমি পুনরুত্থিত হব, অথচ
আমার পূর্বে বহু লোক গত
হয়ে গেছে? আর পিতা-
মাতা আল্লাহর কাছে ফরিযাদ
করে বলে, দুর্ভোগ তোমার
তুমি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর।
নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর ওয়াদা সত্য।
তখন সে বলে,
এটা তো পূর্ববর্তীদের
উপকথা বৈ নয়।
But he who says to
his parents: ”Fie upon
you both! Do you
hold out the promise
to me that I shall be
raised up (again)
when generations
before me have
passed away
(without rising)?”
While they (father
and mother) invoke
Allâh for help (and
rebuke their son):
”Woe to you!
Believe! Verily, the
Promise of Allâh is
true.” But he says:
”This is nothing but
the tales of the
ancient.”
ﺃُﻭْﻟَﺌِﻚَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺣَﻖَّ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻢُ
ﺍﻟْﻘَﻮْﻝُ ﻓِﻲ ﺃُﻣَﻢٍ ﻗَﺪْ ﺧَﻠَﺖْ
ﻣِﻦ ﻗَﺒْﻠِﻬِﻢ ﻣِّﻦَ ﺍﻟْﺠِﻦِّ
ﻭَﺍﻟْﺈِﻧﺲِ ﺇِﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ
ﺧَﺎﺳِﺮِﻳﻦَ

তাদের পূর্বে যে সব জ্বিন ও
মানুষ গত হয়েছে, তাদের
মধ্যে এ ধরনের লোকদের
প্রতিও শাস্তিবানী অবধারিত
হয়ে গেছে। নিশ্চয় তারা ছিল
ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ।
They are those
against whom the
Word (of torment) is
justified among the
previous generations
of jinns and mankind
that have passed
away. Verily! They
are ever the losers.
ﻭَﻟِﻜُﻞٍّ ﺩَﺭَﺟَﺎﺕٌ ﻣِّﻤَّﺎ ﻋَﻤِﻠُﻮﺍ
ﻭَﻟِﻴُﻮَﻓِّﻴَﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﻋْﻤَﺎﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﻭَﻫُﻢْ ﻟَﺎ
ﻳُﻈْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ
(19
প্রত্যেকের জন্যে তাদের
কৃতকর্ম অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন
স্তর রয়েছে, যাতে আল্লাহ
তাদের কর্মের পূর্ণ প্রতিফল
দেন। বস্তুতঃ তাদের
প্রতি যুলুম করা হবে না।
And for all, there will
be degrees according
to that which they
did, that He (Allâh)
may recompense
them in full for their
deeds. And they will
not be wronged.
ﻭَﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳُﻌْﺮَﺽُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ
ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺭِ ﺃَﺫْﻫَﺒْﺘُﻢْ
ﻃَﻴِّﺒَﺎﺗِﻜُﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺣَﻴَﺎﺗِﻜُﻢُ
ﺍﻟﺪُّﻧْﻴَﺎ ﻭَﺍﺳْﺘَﻤْﺘَﻌْﺘُﻢ ﺑِﻬَﺎ
ﻓَﺎﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡَ ﺗُﺠْﺰَﻭْﻥَ ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏَ
ﺍﻟْﻬُﻮﻥِ ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺗَﺴْﺘَﻜْﺒِﺮُﻭﻥَ
ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ ﺑِﻐَﻴْﺮِ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻖِّ
ﻭَﺑِﻤَﺎ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺗَﻔْﺴُﻘُﻮﻥَ
(20
যেদিন
কাফেরদেরকে জাহান্নামের
কাছে উপস্থিত করা হবে সেদিন
বলা হবে, তোমরা তোমাদের সুখ
পার্থিব জীবনেই নিঃশেষ করেছ
এবং সেগুলো ভোগ করেছ
সুতরাং আজ
তোমাদেরকে অপমানকর
আযাবের শাস্তি দেয়া হবে;
কারণ,
তোমরা পৃথিবীতে অন্যায়
ভাবে অহংকার
করতে এবং তোমরা পাপাচার
করতে।
On the Day when
those who disbelieve
(in the Oneness of
Allâh Islâmic
Monotheism) will be
exposed to the Fire
(it will be said): ”You
received your good
things in the life of
the world, and you
took your pleasure
therein. Now this Day
you shall be
recompensed with a
torment of
humiliation, because
you were arrogant in
the land without a
right, and because
you used to rebel
and disobey (Allâh).
ﻭَﺍﺫْﻛُﺮْ ﺃَﺧَﺎ ﻋَﺎﺩٍ ﺇِﺫْ ﺃَﻧﺬَﺭَ
ﻗَﻮْﻣَﻪُ ﺑِﺎﻟْﺄَﺣْﻘَﺎﻑِ ﻭَﻗَﺪْ ﺧَﻠَﺖْ
ﺍﻟﻨُّﺬُﺭُ ﻣِﻦ ﺑَﻴْﻦِ ﻳَﺪَﻳْﻪِ ﻭَﻣِﻦْ
ﺧَﻠْﻔِﻪِ ﺃَﻟَّﺎ ﺗَﻌْﺒُﺪُﻭﺍ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ
ﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﺃَﺧَﺎﻑُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻜُﻢْ ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏَ
ﻳَﻮْﻡٍ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢٍ
(21
আ’দ সম্প্রদায়ের ভাইয়ের
কথা স্মরণ করুন, তার পূর্বে ও
পরে অনেক সতর্ককারী গত
হয়েছিল সে তার
সম্প্রদায়কে বালুকাময় উচ্চ
উপত্যকায় এ মর্মে সতর্ক
করেছিল যে, তোমরা আল্লাহ
ব্যতীত কারও এবাদত
করো না। আমি তোমাদের
জন্যে এক মহাদিবসের শাস্তির
আশংকা করি।
And remember (Hûd)
the brother of ’Ad,
when he warned his
people in Al-Ahqâf
(the curved sand-hills
in the southern part
of Arabian Peninsula).
And surely, there
have passed away
warners before him
and after him
(saying): ”Worship
none but Allâh; truly,
I fear for you the
torment of a mighty
Day.”
ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﺃَﺟِﺌْﺘَﻨَﺎ ﻟِﺘَﺄْﻓِﻜَﻨَﺎ ﻋَﻦْ
ﺁﻟِﻬَﺘِﻨَﺎ ﻓَﺄْﺗِﻨَﺎ ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﺗَﻌِﺪُﻧَﺎ ﺇِﻥ
ﻛُﻨﺖَ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﺼَّﺎﺩِﻗِﻴﻦَ
(22
তারা বলল,
তুমি কি আমাদেরকে আমাদের
উপাস্য দেব-দেবী থেকে নিবৃত্ত
করতে আগমন করেছ?
তুমি সত্যবাদী হলে আমাদেরকে
যে বিষয়ের ওয়াদা দাও,
তা নিয়ে আস।
They said: ”Have you
come to turn us
away from our âliha
(gods)? Then bring us
that with which you
threaten us, if you
are one of the
truthful!”
ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺇِﻧَّﻤَﺎ ﺍﻟْﻌِﻠْﻢُ ﻋِﻨﺪَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ
ﻭَﺃُﺑَﻠِّﻐُﻜُﻢ ﻣَّﺎ ﺃُﺭْﺳِﻠْﺖُ ﺑِﻪِ
ﻭَﻟَﻜِﻨِّﻲ ﺃَﺭَﺍﻛُﻢْ ﻗَﻮْﻣًﺎ
ﺗَﺠْﻬَﻠُﻮﻥَ
(23
সে বলল, এ জ্ঞান
তো আল্লাহর কাছেই রয়েছে।
আমি যে বিষয়সহ প্রেরিত
হয়েছি, তা তোমাদের
কাছে পৌঁছাই। কিন্তু
আমি দেখছি তোমরা এক মুর্খ
সম্প্রদায়।
He said: ”The
knowledge (of the
time of its coming) is
with Allâh only, and I
convey to you that
wherewith I have
been sent, but I see
that you are a people
given to ignorance!”
ﻓَﻠَﻤَّﺎ ﺭَﺃَﻭْﻩُ ﻋَﺎﺭِﺿًﺎ ﻣُّﺴْﺘَﻘْﺒِﻞَ
ﺃَﻭْﺩِﻳَﺘِﻬِﻢْ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﻋَﺎﺭِﺽٌ
ﻣُّﻤْﻄِﺮُﻧَﺎ ﺑَﻞْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻣَﺎ
ﺍﺳْﺘَﻌْﺠَﻠْﺘُﻢ ﺑِﻪِ ﺭِﻳﺢٌ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ
ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏٌ ﺃَﻟِﻴﻢٌ
(24
(অতঃপর) তারা যখন
শাস্তিকে মেঘরূপে তাদের
উপত্যকা অভিমুখী দেখল, তখন
বলল, এ তো মেঘ,
আমাদেরকে বৃষ্টি দেবে।
বরং এটা সেই বস্তু,
যা তোমরা তাড়াতাড়ি চেয়েছিলে।
এটা বায়ু এতে রয়েছে মর্মন্তুদ
শাস্তি।
Then, when they saw
it as a dense cloud
coming towards their
valleys, they said:
”This is a cloud
bringing us rain!”
Nay, but it is that
(torment) which you
were asking to be
hastened! a wind
wherein is a painful
torment!
ﺗُﺪَﻣِّﺮُ ﻛُﻞَّ ﺷَﻲْﺀٍ ﺑِﺄَﻣْﺮِ ﺭَﺑِّﻬَﺎ
ﻓَﺄَﺻْﺒَﺤُﻮﺍ ﻟَﺎ ﻳُﺮَﻯ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ
ﻣَﺴَﺎﻛِﻨُﻬُﻢْ ﻛَﺬَﻟِﻚَ ﻧَﺠْﺰِﻱ
ﺍﻟْﻘَﻮْﻡَ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺠْﺮِﻣِﻴﻦَ
(25
তার পালনকর্তার
আদেশে সে সব কিছুকে ধ্বংস
করে দেবে। অতঃপর তারা ভোর
বেলায় এমন হয়ে গেল যে, তাদের
বসতিগুলো ছাড়া কিছুই
দৃষ্টিগোচর হল না।
আমি অপরাধী সম্প্রদায়কে
এমনিভাবে শাস্তি দিয়ে থাকি।
Destroying
everything by the
Command of its Lord!
So they became such
that nothing could be
seen except their
dwellings! Thus do
We recompense the
people who are
Mujrimûn
(polytheists,
disbelievers, sinners,
etc.)!
ﻭَﻟَﻘَﺪْ ﻣَﻜَّﻨَّﺎﻫُﻢْ ﻓِﻴﻤَﺎ ﺇِﻥ
ﻣَّﻜَّﻨَّﺎﻛُﻢْ ﻓِﻴﻪِ ﻭَﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَﺎ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ
ﺳَﻤْﻌًﺎ ﻭَﺃَﺑْﺼَﺎﺭًﺍ ﻭَﺃَﻓْﺌِﺪَﺓً ﻓَﻤَﺎ
ﺃَﻏْﻨَﻰ ﻋَﻨْﻬُﻢْ ﺳَﻤْﻌُﻬُﻢْ ﻭَﻟَﺎ
ﺃَﺑْﺼَﺎﺭُﻫُﻢْ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﺃَﻓْﺌِﺪَﺗُﻬُﻢ ﻣِّﻦ
ﺷَﻲْﺀٍ ﺇِﺫْ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻳَﺠْﺤَﺪُﻭﻥَ
ﺑِﺂﻳَﺎﺕِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﺣَﺎﻕَ ﺑِﻬِﻢ ﻣَّﺎ
ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﺑِﻪِ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﻬْﺰِﺅُﻭﻥ
(26
আমি তাদেরকে এমন
বিষয়ে ক্ষমতা দিয়েছিলাম,
যে বিষয়ে তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমতা
দেইনি। আমি তাদের দিয়েছিলাম,
কর্ণ, চক্ষু ও হৃদয়, কিন্তু
তাদের কর্ণ, চক্ষু ও হৃদয়
তাদের কোন কাজে আসল না,
যখন তারা আল্লাহর
আয়াতসমূহকে অস্বীকার করল
এবং তাদেরকে সেই শাস্তি গ্রাস
করে নিল,
যা নিয়ে তারা ঠাট্টা বিদ্রুপ
করত।
And indeed We had
firmly established
them with that
wherewith We have
not established you
(O Quraish)! And We
had assigned them
the (faculties of)
hearing (ears), seeing
(eyes), and hearts,
but their hearing
(ears), seeing (eyes),
and their hearts
availed them nothing
since they used to
deny the Ayât (Allâh’s
Prophets and their
Prophethood, proofs,
evidences, verses,
signs, revelations,
etc.) of Allâh, and
they were
completely encircled
by that which they
used to mock at!
ﻭَﻟَﻘَﺪْ ﺃَﻫْﻠَﻜْﻨَﺎ ﻣَﺎ ﺣَﻮْﻟَﻜُﻢ
ﻣِّﻦَ ﺍﻟْﻘُﺮَﻯ ﻭَﺻَﺮَّﻓْﻨَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺂﻳَﺎﺕِ
ﻟَﻌَﻠَّﻬُﻢْ ﻳَﺮْﺟِﻌُﻮﻥَ
(27
আমি তোমাদের আশপাশের
জনপদ সমূহ ধ্বংস
করে দিয়েছি এবং বার বার
আয়াতসমূহ শুনিয়েছি,
যাতে তারা ফিরে আসে।
And indeed We have
destroyed towns
(populations) round
about you, and We
have (repeatedly)
shown (them) the
Ayât (proofs,
evidences, verses,
lessons, signs,
revelations, etc.) in
various ways that
they might return (to
the truth and believe
in the Oneness of
Allâh - Islâmic
Monotheism).
ﻓَﻠَﻮْﻟَﺎ ﻧَﺼَﺮَﻫُﻢُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ
ﺍﺗَّﺨَﺬُﻭﺍ ﻣِﻦ ﺩُﻭﻥِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ
ﻗُﺮْﺑَﺎﻧًﺎ ﺁﻟِﻬَﺔً ﺑَﻞْ ﺿَﻠُّﻮﺍ ﻋَﻨْﻬُﻢْ
ﻭَﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﺇِﻓْﻜُﻬُﻢْ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ
ﻳَﻔْﺘَﺮُﻭﻥَ
(28
অতঃপর আল্লাহর
পরিবর্তে তারা যাদেরকে
সান্নিধ্য লাভের
জন্যে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ
করেছিল,
তারা তাদেরকে সাহায্য করল
না কেন? বরং তারা তাদের কাছ
থেকে উধাও হয়ে গেল। এটা ছিল
তাদের মিথ্যা ও মনগড়া বিষয়।
Then why did those
whom they had
taken for âliha (gods)
besides Allâh, as a
way of approach (to
Allâh) not help them?
Nay, but they
vanished completely
from them (when
there came the
torment). And that
was their lie, and
their inventions
which they had been
inventing (before
their destruction).
ﻭَﺇِﺫْ ﺻَﺮَﻓْﻨَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻚَ ﻧَﻔَﺮًﺍ ﻣِّﻦَ
ﺍﻟْﺠِﻦِّ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﻤِﻌُﻮﻥَ ﺍﻟْﻘُﺮْﺁﻥَ
ﻓَﻠَﻤَّﺎ ﺣَﻀَﺮُﻭﻩُ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﺃَﻧﺼِﺘُﻮﺍ
ﻓَﻠَﻤَّﺎ ﻗُﻀِﻲَ ﻭَﻟَّﻮْﺍ ﺇِﻟَﻰ
ﻗَﻮْﻣِﻬِﻢ ﻣُّﻨﺬِﺭِﻳﻦَ
(29
যখন আমি একদল
জিনকে আপনার প্রতি আকৃষ্ট
করেছিলাম, তারা কোরআন পাঠ
শুনছিল,। তারা যখন কোরআন
পাঠের জায়গায় উপস্থিত হল,
তখন পরস্পর বলল, চুপ থাক।
অতঃপর যখন পাঠ সমাপ্ত হল,
তখন তারা তাদের সম্প্রদায়ের
কাছে সতর্ককারীরূপে ফিরে
গেল।
And (remember)
when We sent
towards you
(Muhammad SAW)
Nafran (three to ten
persons) of the jinns,
(quietly) listening to
the Qur’ân, when
they stood in the
presence thereof,
they said: ”Listen in
silence!” And when it
was finished, they
returned to their
people, as warners.
ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﻮْﻣَﻨَﺎ ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﺳَﻤِﻌْﻨَﺎ
ﻛِﺘَﺎﺑًﺎ ﺃُﻧﺰِﻝَ ﻣِﻦ ﺑَﻌْﺪِ ﻣُﻮﺳَﻰ
ﻣُﺼَﺪِّﻗًﺎ ﻟِّﻤَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻦَ ﻳَﺪَﻳْﻪِ ﻳَﻬْﺪِﻱ
ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻖِّ ﻭَﺇِﻟَﻰ ﻃَﺮِﻳﻖٍ
ﻣُّﺴْﺘَﻘِﻴﻢٍ
(30
তারা বলল, হে আমাদের
সম্প্রদায়, আমরা এমন এক
কিতাব শুনেছি, যা মূসার পর
অবর্তীণ হয়েছে। এ কিতাব
পূর্ববর্তী সব কিতাবের
প্রত্যায়ন করে, সত্যধর্ম ও
সরলপথের দিকে পরিচালিত
করে।
They said: ”O our
people! Verily! We
have heard a Book
(this Qur’ân) sent
down after Mûsa
(Moses), confirming
what came before it,
it guides to the truth
and to a Straight
Path (i.e. Islâm).
ﻳَﺎ ﻗَﻮْﻣَﻨَﺎ ﺃَﺟِﻴﺒُﻮﺍ ﺩَﺍﻋِﻲَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ
ﻭَﺁﻣِﻨُﻮﺍ ﺑِﻪِ ﻳَﻐْﻔِﺮْ ﻟَﻜُﻢ ﻣِّﻦ
ﺫُﻧُﻮﺑِﻜُﻢْ ﻭَﻳُﺠِﺮْﻛُﻢ ﻣِّﻦْ
ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏٍ ﺃَﻟِﻴﻢٍ
(31
হে আমাদের সম্প্রদায়,
তোমরা আল্লাহর
দিকে আহবানকারীর কথা মান্য
কর এবং তাঁর প্রতি বিশ্বাস
স্থাপন কর। তিনি তোমাদের
গোনাহ মার্জনা করবেন।
O our people!
Respond (with
obedience) to Allâh’s
Caller (i.e. Allâh’s
Messenger
Muhammad SAW),
and believe in him
(i.e. believe in that
which Muhammad
SAW has brought
from Allâh and follow
him). He (Allâh) will
forgive you of your
sins, and will save
you from a painful
torment (i.e. Hell-fire)
.
ﻭَﻣَﻦ ﻟَّﺎ ﻳُﺠِﺐْ ﺩَﺍﻋِﻲَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ
ﻓَﻠَﻴْﺲَ ﺑِﻤُﻌْﺠِﺰٍ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ
ﻭَﻟَﻴْﺲَ ﻟَﻪُ ﻣِﻦ ﺩُﻭﻧِﻪِ ﺃَﻭﻟِﻴَﺎﺀ
ﺃُﻭْﻟَﺌِﻚَ ﻓِﻲ ﺿَﻠَﺎﻝٍ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٍ
(32
আর যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর
দিকে আহবানকারীর
কথা মানবে না,
সে পৃথিবীতে আল্লাহকে অপারক
করতে পারবে না এবং আল্লাহ
ব্যতীত তার কোন
সাহায্যকারী থাকবে না। এ
ধরনের লোকই প্রকাশ্য
পথভ্রষ্টতায় লিপ্ত।
And whosoever does
not respond to
Allâh’s Caller, he
cannot escape on
earth, and there will
be no
Auliyâ’ (protectors)
for him besides Allâh
(from Allâh’s
Punishment). Those
are in manifest error.
ﺃَﻭَﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺮَﻭْﺍ ﺃَﻥَّ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ
ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَﺍﺕِ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽَ
ﻭَﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻌْﻲَ ﺑِﺨَﻠْﻘِﻬِﻦَّ ﺑِﻘَﺎﺩِﺭٍ
ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳُﺤْﻴِﻲَ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻮْﺗَﻰ
ﺑَﻠَﻰ ﺇِﻧَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻛُﻞِّ ﺷَﻲْﺀٍ
ﻗَﺪِﻳﺮٌ
(33
তারা কি জানে না যে, আল্লাহ
যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল
সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং এগুলোর
সৃষ্টিতে কোন ক্লান্তিবোধ
করেননি, তিনি মৃতকে জীবিত
করতে সক্ষম? কেন নয়,
নিশ্চয় তিনি সর্ব
বিষয়ে সর্বশক্তিমান।
Do they not see that
Allâh, Who created
the heavens and the
earth, and was not
wearied by their
creation, is Able to
give life to the dead?
Yes, He surely is Able
to do all things.
ﻭَﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳُﻌْﺮَﺽُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ
ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺭِ ﺃَﻟَﻴْﺲَ ﻫَﺬَﺍ
ﺑِﺎﻟْﺤَﻖِّ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﺑَﻠَﻰ ﻭَﺭَﺑِّﻨَﺎ
ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﻓَﺬُﻭﻗُﻮﺍ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺬَﺍﺏَ ﺑِﻤَﺎ
ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺗَﻜْﻔُﺮُﻭﻥَ
(34
যেদিন
কাফেরদেরকে জাহান্নামের
সামনে পেশ করা হবে, সেদিন
বলা হবে, এটা কি সত্য নয়?
তারা বলবে, হঁ্যা আমাদের
পালনকর্তার শপথ। আল্লাহ
বলবেন, আযাব আস্বাদন কর।
কারণ, তোমরা কুফরী করতে।
And on the Day when
those who disbelieve
will be exposed to
the Fire (it will be
said to them): ”Is this
not the truth?” They
will say: ”Yes, By our
Lord!” He will say:
”Then taste the
torment, because you
used to disbelieve!”
ﻓَﺎﺻْﺒِﺮْ ﻛَﻤَﺎ ﺻَﺒَﺮَ ﺃُﻭْﻟُﻮﺍ
ﺍﻟْﻌَﺰْﻡِ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﺮُّﺳُﻞِ ﻭَﻟَﺎ
ﺗَﺴْﺘَﻌْﺠِﻞ ﻟَّﻬُﻢْ ﻛَﺄَﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ
ﻳَﺮَﻭْﻥَ ﻣَﺎ ﻳُﻮﻋَﺪُﻭﻥَ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﻠْﺒَﺜُﻮﺍ
ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺳَﺎﻋَﺔً ﻣِّﻦ ﻧَّﻬَﺎﺭٍ ﺑَﻠَﺎﻍٌ
ﻓَﻬَﻞْ ﻳُﻬْﻠَﻚُ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺍﻟْﻘَﻮْﻡُ
ﺍﻟْﻔَﺎﺳِﻘُﻮﻥَ
(35
অতএব, আপনি সবর করুন,
যেমন উচ্চ সাহসী পয়গম্বরগণ
সবর করেছেন এবং ওদের
বিষয়ে তড়িঘড়ি করবেন না।
ওদেরকে যে বিষয়ে ওয়াদা দেয়া
হত, তা যেদিন তারা প্রত্যক্ষ
করবে, সেদিন তাদের
মনে হবে যেন তারা দিনের এক
মুহুর্তের
বেশী পৃথিবীতে অবস্থান
করেনি। এটা সুস্পষ্ট অবগতি।
এখন তারাই ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত হবে,
যারা পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়।
Therefore be patient
(O Muhammad SAW)
as did the
Messengers of strong
will and be in no
haste about them
(disbelievers). On the
Day when they will
see that (torment)
with which they are
promised (i.e.
threatened, it will be)
as if they had not
stayed more than an
hour in a single day.
(O mankind! This
Qur’ân is sufficient as)
a clear Message (or
proclamation to save
yourself from
destruction). But shall
any be destroyed
except the people
who are Al-Fâsiqûn
(the rebellious,
disobedient to Allâh).
