36) সূরা ইয়াসীন (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 83

ﺃَﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺮَﻭْﺍ ﻛَﻢْ ﺃَﻫْﻠَﻜْﻨَﺎ ﻗَﺒْﻠَﻬُﻢ
ﻣِّﻦْ ﺍﻟْﻘُﺮُﻭﻥِ ﺃَﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻬِﻢْ ﻻَ
ﻳَﺮْﺟِﻌُﻮﻥَ
(31
তারা কি প্রত্যক্ষ করে না,
তাদের পূর্বে আমি কত
সম্প্রদায়কে ধ্বংস করেছি যে,
তারা তাদের মধ্যে আর
ফিরে আসবে না।
Do they not see how
many of the
generations We have
destroyed before
them? Verily, they
will not return to
them.
ﻭَﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻞٌّ ﻟَّﻤَّﺎ ﺟَﻤِﻴﻊٌ ﻟَّﺪَﻳْﻨَﺎ
ﻣُﺤْﻀَﺮُﻭﻥَ
(32
ওদের সবাইকে সমবেত অবস্থায়
আমার দরবারে উপস্থিত হতেই
হবে।
And surely, all,
everyone of them
will be brought
before Us.
ﻭَﺁﻳَﺔٌ ﻟَّﻬُﻢُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽُ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻴْﺘَﺔُ
ﺃَﺣْﻴَﻴْﻨَﺎﻫَﺎ ﻭَﺃَﺧْﺮَﺟْﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻨْﻬَﺎ ﺣَﺒًّﺎ
ﻓَﻤِﻨْﻪُ ﻳَﺄْﻛُﻠُﻮﻥَ
(33
তাদের জন্যে একটি নিদর্শন
মৃত পৃথিবী।
আমি একে সঞ্জীবিত
করি এবং তা থেকে উৎপন্ন
করি শস্য,
তারা তা থেকে ভক্ষণ করে।
And a sign for them
is the dead land. We
gave it life, and We
brought forth from it
grains, so that they
eat thereof.
ﻭَﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَﺎ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﺟَﻨَّﺎﺕٍ ﻣِﻦ
ﻧَّﺨِﻴﻞٍ ﻭَﺃَﻋْﻨَﺎﺏٍ ﻭَﻓَﺠَّﺮْﻧَﺎ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ
ﻣِﻦْ ﺍﻟْﻌُﻴُﻮﻥِ
(34
আমি তাতে সৃষ্টি করি খেজুর ও
আঙ্গুরের বাগান এবং প্রবাহিত
করি তাতে নির্ঝরিণী।
And We have made
therein gardens of
date-palms and
grapes, and We have
caused springs of
water to gush forth
therein.
ﻟِﻴَﺄْﻛُﻠُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻦ ﺛَﻤَﺮِﻩِ ﻭَﻣَﺎ
ﻋَﻤِﻠَﺘْﻪُ ﺃَﻳْﺪِﻳﻬِﻢْ ﺃَﻓَﻠَﺎ
ﻳَﺸْﻜُﺮُﻭﻥَ
(35
যাতে তারা তার ফল খায়।
তাদের হাত একে সৃষ্টি করে না।
অতঃপর
তারা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ
করে না কেন?
So that they may eat
of the fruit thereof,
and their hands
made it not. Will they
not, then, give
thanks?
ﺳُﺒْﺤَﺎﻥَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺯْﻭَﺍﺝَ
ﻛُﻠَّﻬَﺎ ﻣِﻤَّﺎ ﺗُﻨﺒِﺖُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽُ
ﻭَﻣِﻦْ ﺃَﻧﻔُﺴِﻬِﻢْ ﻭَﻣِﻤَّﺎ ﻟَﺎ
ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ
(36
পবিত্র তিনি যিনি যমীন
থেকে উৎপন্ন উদ্ভিদকে,
তাদেরই
মানুষকে এবং যা তারা জানে না,
তার
প্রত্যেককে জোড়া জোড়া করে
সৃষ্টি করেছেন।
Glory be to Him, Who
has created all the
pairs of that which
the earth produces,
as well as of their
own (human) kind
(male and female),
and of that which
they know not.
ﻭَﺁﻳَﺔٌ ﻟَّﻬُﻢْ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞُ ﻧَﺴْﻠَﺦُ ﻣِﻨْﻪُ
ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭَ ﻓَﺈِﺫَﺍ ﻫُﻢ ﻣُّﻈْﻠِﻤُﻮﻥَ
(37
তাদের জন্যে এক নিদর্শন
রাত্রি,
আমি তা থেকে দিনকে অপসারিত
করি, তখনই
তারা অন্ধকারে থেকে যায়।
And a sign for them
is the night, We
withdraw therefrom
the day, and behold,
they are in darkness.
ﻭَﺍﻟﺸَّﻤْﺲُ ﺗَﺠْﺮِﻱ ﻟِﻤُﺴْﺘَﻘَﺮٍّ
ﻟَّﻬَﺎ ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﺗَﻘْﺪِﻳﺮُ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺰِﻳﺰِ
ﺍﻟْﻌَﻠِﻴﻢِ
(38
সূর্য তার নির্দিষ্ট
অবস্থানে আবর্তন করে।
এটা পরাক্রমশালী, সর্বজ্ঞ,
আল্লাহর নিয়ন্ত্রণ।
And the sun runs on
its fixed course for a
term (appointed).
That is the Decree of
the All-Mighty, the
All-Knowing.
ﻭَﺍﻟْﻘَﻤَﺮَ ﻗَﺪَّﺭْﻧَﺎﻩُ ﻣَﻨَﺎﺯِﻝَ
ﺣَﺘَّﻰ ﻋَﺎﺩَ ﻛَﺎﻟْﻌُﺮْﺟُﻮﻥِ
ﺍﻟْﻘَﺪِﻳﻢِ
(39
চন্দ্রের জন্যে আমি বিভিন্ন
মনযিল নির্ধারিত করেছি।
অবশেষে সে পুরাতন খর্জুর
শাখার অনুরূপ হয়ে যায়।
And the moon, We
have measured for it
mansions (to
traverse) till it
returns like the old
dried curved date
stalk.
ﻟَﺎ ﺍﻟﺸَّﻤْﺲُ ﻳَﻨﺒَﻐِﻲ ﻟَﻬَﺎ ﺃَﻥ
ﺗُﺪْﺭِﻙَ ﺍﻟْﻘَﻤَﺮَ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻴْﻞُ
ﺳَﺎﺑِﻖُ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻬَﺎﺭِ ﻭَﻛُﻞٌّ ﻓِﻲ ﻓَﻠَﻚٍ
ﻳَﺴْﺒَﺤُﻮﻥَ
(40
সূর্য নাগাল
পেতে পারে না চন্দ্রের
এবং রাত্রি অগ্রে চলে না দিনের
প্রত্যেকেই আপন আপন
কক্ষপথে সন্তরণ করে।
It is not for the sun
to overtake the
moon, nor does the
night outstrip the
day. They all float,
each in an orbit.
ﻭَﺁﻳَﺔٌ ﻟَّﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﻧَّﺎ ﺣَﻤَﻠْﻨَﺎ ﺫُﺭِّﻳَّﺘَﻬُﻢْ
ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﻔُﻠْﻚِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺸْﺤُﻮﻥِ
(41
তাদের জন্যে একটি নিদর্শন
এই যে, আমি তাদের সন্তান-
সন্ততিকে বোঝাই নৌকায়
আরোহণ করিয়েছি।
And an Ayâh (sign)
for them is that We
bore their offspring
in the laden ship [of
Nûh (Noah)].
ﻭَﺧَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎ ﻟَﻬُﻢ ﻣِّﻦ ﻣِّﺜْﻠِﻪِ ﻣَﺎ
ﻳَﺮْﻛَﺒُﻮﻥَ
(42
এবং তাদের জন্যে নৌকার
অনুরূপ যানবাহন সৃষ্টি করেছি,
যাতে তারা আরোহণ করে।
And We have created
for them of the like
thereunto, so on
them they ride.
ﻭَﺇِﻥ ﻧَّﺸَﺄْ ﻧُﻐْﺮِﻗْﻬُﻢْ ﻓَﻠَﺎ
ﺻَﺮِﻳﺦَ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﻫُﻢْ
ﻳُﻨﻘَﺬُﻭﻥَ
(43
আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদেরকে
নিমজ্জত করতে পারি, তখন
তাদের জন্যে কোন
সাহায্যকারী নেই
এবং তারা পরিত্রাণও পাবে না।
And if We will, We
shall drown them,
and there will be no
shout (or helper) for
them (to hear their
cry for help) nor will
they be saved.
ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺭَﺣْﻤَﺔً ﻣِّﻨَّﺎ ﻭَﻣَﺘَﺎﻋًﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻰ
ﺣِﻴﻦٍ
(44
কিন্তু আমারই পক্ষ
থেকে কৃপা এবং তাদেরকে কিছু
কাল জীবনোপভোগ করার
সুযোগ দেয়ার
কারণে তা করি না।
Unless it be a mercy
from Us, and as an
enjoyment for a
while.
ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻗِﻴﻞَ ﻟَﻬُﻢُ ﺍﺗَّﻘُﻮﺍ ﻣَﺎ ﺑَﻴْﻦَ
ﺃَﻳْﺪِﻳﻜُﻢْ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺧَﻠْﻔَﻜُﻢْ ﻟَﻌَﻠَّﻜُﻢْ
ﺗُﺮْﺣَﻤُﻮﻥَ
(45
আর যখন তাদেরকে বলা হয়,
তোমরা সামনের আযাব ও
পেছনের আযাবকে ভয় কর,
যাতে তোমাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ
করা হয়, তখন
তারা তা অগ্রাহ্য করে।
And when it is said to
them: ”Beware of
that which is before
you (worldly
torments), and that
which is behind you
(torments in the
Hereafter), in order
that you may receive
Mercy (i.e. if you
believe in Allâh’s
Religion Islâmic
Monotheism, and
avoid polytheism,
and obey Allâh with
righteous deeds).
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺗَﺄْﺗِﻴﻬِﻢ ﻣِّﻦْ ﺁﻳَﺔٍ ﻣِّﻦْ
ﺁﻳَﺎﺕِ ﺭَﺑِّﻬِﻢْ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻋَﻨْﻬَﺎ
ﻣُﻌْﺮِﺿِﻴﻦَ
(46
যখনই তাদের পালনকর্তার
নির্দেশাবলীর মধ্যে থেকে কোন
নির্দেশ তাদের কাছে আসে,
তখনই
তারা তা থেকে মুখে ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
And never came an
Ayâh from among
the Ayât (proofs,
evidences, verses,
lessons, signs,
revelations, etc.) of
their Lord to them,
but they did turn
away from it.
ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻗِﻴﻞَ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﺃَﻧﻔِﻘُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻤَّﺎ
ﺭَﺯَﻗَﻜُﻢْ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ
ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ ﻟِﻠَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍ ﺃَﻧُﻄْﻌِﻢُ
ﻣَﻦ ﻟَّﻮْ ﻳَﺸَﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺃَﻃْﻌَﻤَﻪُ
ﺇِﻥْ ﺃَﻧﺘُﻢْ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﺿَﻠَﺎﻝٍ
ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٍ
(47
যখন তাদেরকে বলা হয়, আল্লাহ
তোমাদেরকে যা দিয়েছেন,
তা থেকে ব্যয় কর। তখন
কাফেররা মুমিনগণকে বলে,
ইচ্ছা করলেই আল্লাহ
যাকে খাওয়াতে পারতেন,
আমরা তাকে কেন খাওয়াব?
তোমরা তো স্পষ্ট
বিভ্রান্তিতে পতিত রয়েছ।
And when it is said to
them: ”Spend of that
with which Allâh has
provided you,” those
who disbelieve say to
those who believe:
”Shall we feed those
whom, if Allâh willed,
He (Himself) would
have fed? You are
only in a plain error.”
ﻭَﻳَﻘُﻮﻟُﻮﻥَ ﻣَﺘَﻰ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺍﻟْﻮَﻋْﺪُ
ﺇِﻥ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ ﺻَﺎﺩِﻗِﻴﻦَ
(48
তারা বলে,
তোমরা সত্যবাদী হলে বল এই
ওয়াদা কবে পূর্ণ হবে?
And they say: ”When
will this promise (i.e.
Resurrection) be
fulfilled, if you are
truthful?”
ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﻨﻈُﺮُﻭﻥَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺻَﻴْﺤَﺔً
ﻭَﺍﺣِﺪَﺓً ﺗَﺄْﺧُﺬُﻫُﻢْ ﻭَﻫُﻢْ
ﻳَﺨِﺼِّﻤُﻮﻥَ
(49
তারা কেবল একটা ভয়াবহ
শব্দের অপেক্ষা করছে,
যা তাদেরকে আঘাত
করবে তাদের পারস্পরিক
বাকবিতন্ডাকালে।
They await only but
a single Saihah
(shout, etc.), which
will seize them while
they are disputing!
ﻓَﻠَﺎ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﻄِﻴﻌُﻮﻥَ ﺗَﻮْﺻِﻴَﺔً ﻭَﻟَﺎ
ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺃَﻫْﻠِﻬِﻢْ ﻳَﺮْﺟِﻌُﻮﻥَ
(50
তখন তারা ওছিয়ত করতেও
সক্ষম হবে না। এবং তাদের
পরিবার-পরিজনের কাছেও
ফিরে যেতে পারবে না।
Then they will not be
able to make
bequest, nor they
will return to their
family.
ﻭَﻧُﻔِﺦَ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟﺼُّﻮﺭِ ﻓَﺈِﺫَﺍ ﻫُﻢ
ﻣِّﻦَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺟْﺪَﺍﺙِ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺭَﺑِّﻬِﻢْ
ﻳَﻨﺴِﻠُﻮﻥَ
(51
শিংগায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে, তখনই
তারা কবর থেকে তাদের
পালনকর্তার দিকে ছুটে চলবে।
And the Trumpet will
be blown (i.e. the
second blowing) and
behold! From the
graves they will
come out quickly to
their Lord.
ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﻳَﺎ ﻭَﻳْﻠَﻨَﺎ ﻣَﻦ ﺑَﻌَﺜَﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻦ
ﻣَّﺮْﻗَﺪِﻧَﺎ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﻣَﺎ ﻭَﻋَﺪَ
ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤَﻦُ ﻭَﺻَﺪَﻕَ
ﺍﻟْﻤُﺮْﺳَﻠُﻮﻥَ
(52
তারা বলবে, হায় আমাদের
দুর্ভোগ!
কে আমাদেরকে নিদ্রাস্থল
থেকে উখিত করল? রহমান
আল্লাহ তো এরই
ওয়াদা দিয়েছিলেন এবং রসূলগণ
সত্য বলেছিলেন।
They will say: ”Woe
to us! Who has raised
us up from our place
of sleep.” (It will be
said to them): ”This is
what the Most
Beneficent (Allâh)
had promised, and
the Messengers
spoke truth!”
ﺇِﻥ ﻛَﺎﻧَﺖْ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺻَﻴْﺤَﺔً ﻭَﺍﺣِﺪَﺓً
ﻓَﺈِﺫَﺍ ﻫُﻢْ ﺟَﻤِﻴﻊٌ ﻟَّﺪَﻳْﻨَﺎ
ﻣُﺤْﻀَﺮُﻭﻥَ
(53
এটা তো হবে কেবল এক
মহানাদ। সে মুহুর্তেই তাদের
সবাইকে আমার সামনে উপস্থিত
করা হবে।
It will be but a single
Saihah (shout, etc.),
so behold! They will
all be brought up
before Us!
ﻓَﺎﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡَ ﻟَﺎ ﺗُﻈْﻠَﻢُ ﻧَﻔْﺲٌ ﺷَﻴْﺌًﺎ
ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﺗُﺠْﺰَﻭْﻥَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻣَﺎ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢْ
ﺗَﻌْﻤَﻠُﻮﻥَ
(54
আজকের দিনে কারও
প্রতি জুলুম
করা হবে না এবং তোমরা যা
করবে কেবল তারই প্রতিদান
পাবে।
This Day (Day of
Resurrection), none
will be wronged in
anything, nor will
you be requited
anything except that
which you used to
do.
ﺇِﻥَّ ﺃَﺻْﺤَﺎﺏَ ﺍﻟْﺠَﻨَّﺔِ ﺍﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡَ
ﻓِﻲ ﺷُﻐُﻞٍ ﻓَﺎﻛِﻬُﻮﻥَ
(55
এদিন
জান্নাতীরা আনন্দে মশগুল
থাকবে।
Verily, the dwellers of
the Paradise, that
Day, will be busy in
joyful things.
ﻫُﻢْ ﻭَﺃَﺯْﻭَﺍﺟُﻬُﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﻇِﻠَﺎﻝٍ
ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭَﺍﺋِﻚِ ﻣُﺘَّﻜِﺆُﻭﻥَ
(56
তারা এবং তাদের
স্ত্রীরা উপবিষ্ট
থাকবে ছায়াময়
পরিবেশে আসনে হেলান দিয়ে।
They and their wives
will be in pleasant
shade, reclining on
thrones.
ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﻓَﺎﻛِﻬَﺔٌ ﻭَﻟَﻬُﻢ ﻣَّﺎ
ﻳَﺪَّﻋُﻮﻥَ
(57
সেখানে তাদের
জন্যে থাকবে ফল-মূল
এবং যা চাইবে।
They will have
therein fruits (of all
kinds) and all that
they ask for.
ﺳَﻠَﺎﻡٌ ﻗَﻮْﻟًﺎ ﻣِﻦ ﺭَّﺏٍّ ﺭَّﺣِﻴﻢٍ
(58
করুণাময় পালনকর্তার পক্ষ
থেকে তাদেরকে বলা হবে সালাম।
(It will be said to
them): Salâmun
(peace be on you), a
Word from the Lord
(Allâh), Most Merciful.
ﻭَﺍﻣْﺘَﺎﺯُﻭﺍ ﺍﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡَ ﺃَﻳُّﻬَﺎ
ﺍﻟْﻤُﺠْﺮِﻣُﻮﻥَ
(59
হে অপরাধীরা! আজ
তোমরা আলাদা হয়ে যাও।
(It will be said): ”And
O you Al-Mujrimûn
(criminals,
polytheists, sinners,
disbelievers in the
Islâmic Monotheism,
wicked evil ones, etc.)
! Get you apart this
Day (from the
believers).
ﺃَﻟَﻢْ ﺃَﻋْﻬَﺪْ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻜُﻢْ ﻳَﺎ ﺑَﻨِﻲ ﺁﺩَﻡَ
ﺃَﻥ ﻟَّﺎ ﺗَﻌْﺒُﺪُﻭﺍ ﺍﻟﺸَّﻴْﻄَﺎﻥَ ﺇِﻧَّﻪُ
ﻟَﻜُﻢْ ﻋَﺪُﻭٌّ ﻣُّﺒِﻴﻦٌ
(60
হে বনী-আদম!
আমি কি তোমাদেরকে বলে
রাখিনি যে, শয়তানের এবাদত
করো না, সে তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য
শত্রু?
Did I not ordain for
you, O Children of
Adam, that you
should not worship
Shaitân (Satan).
Verily, he is a plain
enemy to you.
