83) সূরা আত-তাতফীফ (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 36 [বাংলা অর্থ সহ]

ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤـَﻦِ
ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর
নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়,
অতি দয়ালু।
ﻭَﻳْﻞٌ ﻟِّﻠْﻤُﻄَﻔِّﻔِﻴﻦَ
(1
যারা মাপে কম করে, তাদের
জন্যে দুর্ভোগ,
Woe to Al-Mutaffifin
[those who give less
in measure and
weight (decrease the
rights of others)],
ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺍﻛْﺘَﺎﻟُﻮﺍْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ
ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺱِ ﻳَﺴْﺘَﻮْﻓُﻮﻥَ

যারা লোকের কাছ থেকে যখন
মেপে নেয়, তখন পূর্ণ মাত্রায়
নেয়
Those who, when
they have to receive
by measure from
men, demand full
measure,
ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻛَﺎﻟُﻮﻫُﻢْ ﺃَﻭ ﻭَّﺯَﻧُﻮﻫُﻢْ
ﻳُﺨْﺴِﺮُﻭﻥَ
(3
এবং যখন লোকদেরকে মেপে দেয়
কিংবা ওজন করে দেয়, তখন
কম করে দেয়।
And when they have
to give by measure
or weight to men,
give less than due.
ﺃَﻟَﺎ ﻳَﻈُﻦُّ ﺃُﻭﻟَﺌِﻚَ ﺃَﻧَّﻬُﻢ
ﻣَّﺒْﻌُﻮﺛُﻮﻥَ
(4
তারা কি চিন্তা করে না যে,
তারা পুনরুত্থিত হবে।
Think they not that
they will be
resurrected (for
reckoning),
ﻟِﻴَﻮْﻡٍ ﻋَﻈِﻴﻢٍ
(5
সেই মহাদিবসে,
On a Great Day,
ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﻳَﻘُﻮﻡُ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺱُ ﻟِﺮَﺏِّ
ﺍﻟْﻌَﺎﻟَﻤِﻴﻦَ

যেদিন মানুষ দাঁড়াবে বিশ্ব
পালনকর্তার সামনে।
The Day when (all)
mankind will stand
before the Lord of
the ’Alamîn
(mankind, jinns and
all that exists)?
ﻛَﻠَّﺎ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻛِﺘَﺎﺏَ ﺍﻟﻔُﺠَّﺎﺭِ ﻟَﻔِﻲ
ﺳِﺠِّﻴﻦٍ

এটা কিছুতেই উচিত নয়, নিশ্চয়
পাপাচারীদের
আমলনামা সিজ্জীনে আছে।
Nay! Truly, the
Record (writing of
the deeds) of the
Fujjâr (disbelievers,
sinners, evil-doers
and wicked) is
(preserved) in Sijjîn.
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺃَﺩْﺭَﺍﻙَ ﻣَﺎ ﺳِﺠِّﻴﻦٌ

আপনি জানেন, সিজ্জীন কি?
And what will make
you know what Sijjîn
is?
ﻛِﺘَﺎﺏٌ ﻣَّﺮْﻗُﻮﻡٌ
(9
এটা লিপিবদ্ধ খাতা।
A Register inscribed.
ﻭَﻳْﻞٌ ﻳَﻮْﻣَﺌِﺬٍ ﻟِّﻠْﻤُﻜَﺬِّﺑِﻴﻦَ
(10
সেদিন দুর্ভোগ
মিথ্যারোপকারীদের,
Woe, that Day, to
those who deny
[(Allâh, His Angels, His
Books, His
Messengers, the Day
of Resurrection, and
Al-Qadar (Divine
Preordainments)].
ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻳُﻜَﺬِّﺑُﻮﻥَ ﺑِﻴَﻮْﻡِ ﺍﻟﺪِّﻳﻦِ
(11
যারা প্রতিফল
দিবসকে মিথ্যারোপ করে।
Those who deny the
Day of Recompense.
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻳُﻜَﺬِّﺏُ ﺑِﻪِ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻛُﻞُّ ﻣُﻌْﺘَﺪٍ
ﺃَﺛِﻴﻢٍ
(12
প্রত্যেক
সীমালংঘনকারী পাপিষ্ঠই কেবল
একে মিথ্যারোপ করে।
And none can deny it
except every
transgressor beyond
bounds, (in disbelief,
oppression and
disobedience of Allâh,
the sinner!)
ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺗُﺘْﻠَﻰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﺁﻳَﺎﺗُﻨَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻝَ
ﺃَﺳَﺎﻃِﻴﺮُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻭَّﻟِﻴﻦَ
(13
তার কাছে আমার আয়াতসমূহ
পাঠ করা হলে সে বলে,
পুরাকালের উপকথা।
When Our Verses (of
the Qur’ân) are
recited to him he
says: ”Tales of the
ancients!”
ﻛَﻠَّﺎ ﺑَﻞْ ﺭَﺍﻥَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻗُﻠُﻮﺑِﻬِﻢ
ﻣَّﺎ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻳَﻜْﺴِﺒُﻮﻥَ
(14
কখনও না, বরং তারা যা করে,
তাই তাদের হৃদয়
মরিচা ধরিয়ে দিয়েছে।
Nay! But on their
hearts is the Rân
(covering of sins and
evil deeds) which
they used to earn .
ﻛَﻠَّﺎ ﺇِﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﻋَﻦ ﺭَّﺑِّﻬِﻢْ ﻳَﻮْﻣَﺌِﺬٍ
ﻟَّﻤَﺤْﺠُﻮﺑُﻮﻥَ
(15
কখনও না, তারা সেদিন তাদের
পালনকর্তার থেকে পর্দার
অন্তরালে থাকবে।
Nay! Surely, they
(evil-doers) will be
veiled from seeing
their Lord that Day.
ﺛُﻢَّ ﺇِﻧَّﻬُﻢْ ﻟَﺼَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﺍﻟْﺠَﺤِﻴﻢِ
(16
অতঃপর
তারা জাহান্নামে প্রবেশ করবে।
Then, verily they will
indeed enter and
taste the burning
flame of Hell.
ﺛُﻢَّ ﻳُﻘَﺎﻝُ ﻫَﺬَﺍ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻛُﻨﺘُﻢ
ﺑِﻪِ ﺗُﻜَﺬِّﺑُﻮﻥَ
(17
এরপর বলা হবে, একেই
তো তোমরা মিথ্যারোপ করতে।
Then, it will be said
to them: ”This is
what you used to
deny!”
ﻛَﻠَّﺎ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻛِﺘَﺎﺏَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺑْﺮَﺍﺭِ ﻟَﻔِﻲ
ﻋِﻠِّﻴِّﻴﻦَ

কখনও না, নিশ্চয় সৎলোকদের
আমলনামা আছে ইল্লিয়্যীনে।
Nay! Verily, the
Record (writing of
the deeds) of Al-
Abrâr (the pious who
fear Allâh and avoid
evil), is (preserved) in
’Illiyyûn.
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺃَﺩْﺭَﺍﻙَ ﻣَﺎ ﻋِﻠِّﻴُّﻮﻥَ
(19
আপনি জানেন ইল্লিয়্যীন কি?
And what will make
you know what
’Illiyyûn is?
ﻛِﺘَﺎﺏٌ ﻣَّﺮْﻗُﻮﻡٌ
(20
এটা লিপিবদ্ধ খাতা।
A Register inscribed.
ﻳَﺸْﻬَﺪُﻩُ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻘَﺮَّﺑُﻮﻥَ
(21
আল্লাহর নৈকট্যপ্রাপ্ত
ফেরেশতাগণ একে প্রত্যক্ষ
করে।
To which bear
witness those
nearest (to Allâh, i.e.
the angels).
ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺑْﺮَﺍﺭَ ﻟَﻔِﻲ ﻧَﻌِﻴﻢٍ
(22
নিশ্চয় সৎলোকগণ থাকবে পরম
আরামে,
Verily, Al-Abrâr (the
pious who fear Allâh
and avoid evil) will
be in delight
(Paradise).
ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭَﺍﺋِﻚِ ﻳَﻨﻈُﺮُﻭﻥَ
(23
সিংহাসনে বসে অবলোকন
করবে।
On thrones, looking
(at all things).
ﺗَﻌْﺮِﻑُ ﻓِﻲ ﻭُﺟُﻮﻫِﻬِﻢْ
ﻧَﻀْﺮَﺓَ ﺍﻟﻨَّﻌِﻴﻢِ

আপনি তাদের
মুখমন্ডলে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যের
সজীবতা দেখতে পাবেন।
You will recognise in
their faces the
brightness of delight.
ﻳُﺴْﻘَﻮْﻥَ ﻣِﻦ ﺭَّﺣِﻴﻖٍ ﻣَّﺨْﺘُﻮﻡٍ
(25
তাদেরকে মোহর করা বিশুদ্ধ
পানীয় পান করানো হবে।
They will be given to
drink pure sealed
wine.
ﺧِﺘَﺎﻣُﻪُ ﻣِﺴْﻚٌ ﻭَﻓِﻲ ﺫَﻟِﻚَ
ﻓَﻠْﻴَﺘَﻨَﺎﻓَﺲِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺘَﻨَﺎﻓِﺴُﻮﻥَ
(26
তার মোহর হবে কস্তুরী। এ
বিষয়ে প্রতিযোগীদের
প্রতিযোগিতা করা উচিত।
The last thereof (that
wine) will be the
smell of musk, and
for this let (all) those
strive who want to
strive (i.e. hasten
earnestly to the
obedience of Allâh).
ﻭَﻣِﺰَﺍﺟُﻪُ ﻣِﻦ ﺗَﺴْﻨِﻴﻢٍ
(27
তার মিশ্রণ হবে তসনীমের
পানি।
It (that wine) will be
mixed with Tasnîm.
ﻋَﻴْﻨًﺎ ﻳَﺸْﺮَﺏُ ﺑِﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻘَﺮَّﺑُﻮﻥَ
(28
এটা একটা ঝরণা, যার পানি পান
করবে নৈকট্যশীলগণ।
A spring whereof
drink those nearest
to Allâh.
ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺃَﺟْﺮَﻣُﻮﺍ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍْ
ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍ ﻳَﻀْﺤَﻜُﻮﻥَ
(29
যারা অপরাধী,
তারা বিশ্বাসীদেরকে উপহাস
করত।
Verily! (During the
worldly life) those
who committed
crimes used to laugh
at those who
believed.
ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻣَﺮُّﻭﺍْ ﺑِﻬِﻢْ ﻳَﺘَﻐَﺎﻣَﺰُﻭﻥَ
(30
এবং তারা যখন তাদের কাছ
দিয়ে গমন করত তখন
পরস্পরে চোখ
টিপে ইশারা করত।
And whenever they
passed by them, used
to wink one to
another (in mockery);

ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺍﻧﻘَﻠَﺒُﻮﺍْ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺃَﻫْﻠِﻬِﻢُ
ﺍﻧﻘَﻠَﺒُﻮﺍْ ﻓَﻜِﻬِﻴﻦَ
(31
তারা যখন তাদের পরিবার-
পরিজনের কাছে ফিরত, তখনও
হাসাহাসি করে ফিরত।
And when they
returned to their
own people, they
would return jesting;
ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺭَﺃَﻭْﻫُﻢْ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮﺍ ﺇِﻥَّ
ﻫَﺆُﻟَﺎﺀ ﻟَﻀَﺎﻟُّﻮﻥَ
(32
আর যখন
তারা বিশ্বাসীদেরকে দেখত,
তখন বলত, নিশ্চয়
এরা বিভ্রান্ত।
And when they saw
them, they said:
”Verily! These have
indeed gone astray!”
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﺃُﺭْﺳِﻠُﻮﺍ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻢْ
ﺣَﺎﻓِﻈِﻴﻦَ
(33
অথচ তারা বিশ্বাসীদের
তত্ত্বাবধায়করূপে প্রেরিত
হয়নি।
But they
(disbelievers, sinners)
had not been sent as
watchers over them
(the believers).
ﻓَﺎﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡَ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍْ ﻣِﻦَ
ﺍﻟْﻜُﻔَّﺎﺭِ ﻳَﻀْﺤَﻜُﻮﻥَ
(34
আজ যারা বিশ্বাসী,
তারা কাফেরদেরকে উপহাস
করছে।
But this Day (the Day
of Resurrection)
those who believe
will laugh at the
disbelievers
ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺭَﺍﺋِﻚِ ﻳَﻨﻈُﺮُﻭﻥَ
(35
সিংহাসনে বসে,
তাদেরকে অবলোকন করছে,
On (high) thrones,
looking (at all things)
.
ﻫَﻞْ ﺛُﻮِّﺏَ ﺍﻟْﻜُﻔَّﺎﺭُ ﻣَﺎ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ
ﻳَﻔْﻌَﻠُﻮﻥَ
(36
কাফেররা যা করত, তার
প্রতিফল পেয়েছে তো?
Are not the
disbelievers paid
(fully) for what they
used to do?
