85) সূরা আল বুরূজ (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 22 [বাংলা অর্থ সহ]

ﺑِﺴْﻢِ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪِ ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣْﻤـَﻦِ
ﺍﻟﺮَّﺣِﻴﻢِ
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর
নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়,
অতি দয়ালু।


ﻭَﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﺀ ﺫَﺍﺕِ ﺍﻟْﺒُﺮُﻭﺝِ
(1
শপথ গ্রহ-নক্ষত্র শোভিত
আকাশের,
By the heaven,
holding the big stars .
ﻭَﺍﻟْﻴَﻮْﻡِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﻮْﻋُﻮﺩِ
(2
এবং প্রতিশ্রুত দিবসের,
And by the Promised
Day (i.e. the Day of
Resurrection);
ﻭَﺷَﺎﻫِﺪٍ ﻭَﻣَﺸْﻬُﻮﺩٍ
(3
এবং সেই দিবসের, যে উপস্থিত
হয় ও যাতে উপস্থিত হয়
And by the
witnessing day (i.e.
Friday), and by the
witnessed day [i.e.
the day of ’Arafât
(Hajj) the ninth of
Dhul-Hîjjah];
ﻗُﺘِﻞَ ﺃَﺻْﺤَﺎﺏُ ﺍﻟْﺄُﺧْﺪُﻭﺩِ

অভিশপ্ত হয়েছে গর্ত
ওয়ালারা অর্থাৎ,
Cursed were the
people of the ditch
(the story of the Boy
and the King).
ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺭِ ﺫَﺍﺕِ ﺍﻟْﻮَﻗُﻮﺩِ
(5
অনেক ইন্ধনের
অগ্নিসংযোগকারীরা;
Fire supplied
(abundantly) with
fuel,
ﺇِﺫْ ﻫُﻢْ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬَﺎ ﻗُﻌُﻮﺩٌ
(6
যখন তারা তার কিনারায়
বসেছিল।
When they sat by it
(fire),
ﻭَﻫُﻢْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﻔْﻌَﻠُﻮﻥَ
ﺑِﺎﻟْﻤُﺆْﻣِﻨِﻴﻦَ ﺷُﻬُﻮﺩٌ
(7
এবং তারা বিশ্বাসীদের
সাথে যা করেছিল, তা নিরীক্ষণ
করছিল।
And they witnessed
what they were
doing against the
believers (i.e. burning
them).
ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻧَﻘَﻤُﻮﺍ ﻣِﻨْﻬُﻢْ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺃَﻥ
ﻳُﺆْﻣِﻨُﻮﺍ ﺑِﺎﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺰِﻳﺰِ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻤِﻴﺪِ

তারা তাদেরকে শাস্তি দিয়েছিল
শুধু এ কারণে যে,
তারা প্রশংসিত, পরাক্রান্ত
আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস
স্থাপন করেছিল,
They had nothing
against them, except
that they believed in
Allâh, the All-Mighty,
Worthy of all Praise!
ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻟَﻪُ ﻣُﻠْﻚُ ﺍﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎﻭَﺍﺕِ
ﻭَﺍﻟْﺄَﺭْﺽِ ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻛُﻞِّ
ﺷَﻲْﺀٍ ﺷَﻬِﻴﺪٌ
(9
যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের
ক্ষমতার মালিক, আল্লাহর
সামনে রয়েছে সবকিছু।
Who, to Whom
belongs the
dominion of the
heavens and the
earth! And Allâh is
Witness over
everything.
ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻓَﺘَﻨُﻮﺍ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺆْﻣِﻨِﻴﻦَ
ﻭَﺍﻟْﻤُﺆْﻣِﻨَﺎﺕِ ﺛُﻢَّ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺘُﻮﺑُﻮﺍ
ﻓَﻠَﻬُﻢْ ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏُ ﺟَﻬَﻨَّﻢَ ﻭَﻟَﻬُﻢْ
ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏُ ﺍﻟْﺤَﺮِﻳﻖِ
(10
যারা মুমিন পুরুষ ও
নারীকে নিপীড়ন করেছে,
অতঃপর তওবা করেনি, তাদের
জন্যে আছে জাহান্নামের
শাস্তি, আর আছে দহন
যন্ত্রণা,
Verily, those who put
into trial the
believing men and
believing women (by
torturing them and
burning them), and
then do not turn in
repentance, (to Allâh)
, will have the
torment of Hell, and
they will have the
punishment of the
burning Fire.
ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﺁﻣَﻨُﻮﺍ ﻭَﻋَﻤِﻠُﻮﺍ
ﺍﻟﺼَّﺎﻟِﺤَﺎﺕِ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﺟَﻨَّﺎﺕٌ
ﺗَﺠْﺮِﻱ ﻣِﻦ ﺗَﺤْﺘِﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻧْﻬَﺎﺭُ
ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﺍﻟْﻔَﻮْﺯُ ﺍﻟْﻜَﺒِﻴﺮُ
(11
যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকর্ম
করে তাদের
জন্যে আছে জান্নাত, যার
তলদেশে প্রবাহিত হয়
নির্ঝরিণীসমূহ। এটাই
মহাসাফল্য।
Verily, those who
believe and do
righteous good
deeds, for them will
be Gardens under
which rivers flow
(Paradise). That is the
great success.
ﺇِﻥَّ ﺑَﻄْﺶَ ﺭَﺑِّﻚَ ﻟَﺸَﺪِﻳﺪٌ
(12
নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তার
পাকড়াও অত্যন্ত কঠিন।
Verily, (O Muhammad
(Peace be upon him))
the Grip
(Punishment) of your
Lord is severe.
ﺇِﻧَّﻪُ ﻫُﻮَ ﻳُﺒْﺪِﺉُ ﻭَﻳُﻌِﻴﺪُ
(13
তিনিই প্রথমবার অস্তিত্ব
দান করেন এবং পুনরায় জীবিত
করেন।
Verily, He it is Who
begins (punishment)
and repeats
(punishment in the
Hereafter) (or
originates the
creation of
everything, and then
repeats it on the Day
of Resurrection).
ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺍﻟْﻐَﻔُﻮﺭُ ﺍﻟْﻮَﺩُﻭﺩُ
(14
তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, প্রেমময়;
And He is Oft-
Forgiving, full of love
(towards the pious
who are real true
believers of Islâmic
Monotheism),
ﺫُﻭ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺮْﺵِ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺠِﻴﺪُ
(15
মহান আরশের অধিকারী।
Owner of the throne,
the Glorious

ﻓَﻌَّﺎﻝٌ ﻟِّﻤَﺎ ﻳُﺮِﻳﺪُ
(16
তিনি যা চান, তাই করেন।
He does what He
intends (or wills).
ﻫَﻞْ ﺃَﺗَﺎﻙَ ﺣَﺪِﻳﺚُ ﺍﻟْﺠُﻨُﻮﺩِ
(17
আপনার কাছে সৈন্যবাহিনীর
ইতিবৃত্ত পৌছেছে কি?
Has the story
reached you of the
hosts,
ﻓِﺮْﻋَﻮْﻥَ ﻭَﺛَﻤُﻮﺩَ
(18
ফেরাউনের এবং সামুদের?
Of Fir’aun (Pharaoh)
and Thamûd?
ﺑَﻞِ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻛَﻔَﺮُﻭﺍ ﻓِﻲ
ﺗَﻜْﺬِﻳﺐٍ
(19
বরং যারা কাফের,
তারা মিথ্যারোপে রত আছে।
Nay! The
disbelievers
(persisted) in
denying (Prophet
Muhammad (Peace
be upon him) and
his Message of
Islâmic Monotheism)
.
ﻭَﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻣِﻦ ﻭَﺭَﺍﺋِﻬِﻢ ﻣُّﺤِﻴﻂٌ
(20
আল্লাহ তাদেরকে চতুর্দিক
থেকে পরিবেষ্টন
করে রেখেছেন।
And Allâh
encompasses them
from behind! (i.e. all
their deeds are
within His
Knowledge, and He
will requite them for
their deeds).
ﺑَﻞْ ﻫُﻮَ ﻗُﺮْﺁﻥٌ ﻣَّﺠِﻴﺪٌ
(21
বরং এটা মহান কোরআন,
Nay! This is a
Glorious Qur’ân,
ﻓِﻲ ﻟَﻮْﺡٍ ﻣَّﺤْﻔُﻮﻅٍ
(22
লওহে মাহফুযে লিপিবদ্ধ।
(Inscribed) in Al-
Lauh Al-Mahfûz (The
Preserved Tablet)!
